Perfect Location - Laguna Beach”
The suite was fabulous! My wife even said that the suite would be a great design for a condo. The layout was perfect for a couple. We elected to buy the ingredients for our own breakfasts and one lunch. The kitchen was well-appointed, full refrigerator, 2-burner electric stove, microwave, etc. No problem with parking either. They had a beautiful pool, even though we did not use it.

The location is really nice. If you are looking for a busy area, walk to boat avenue, a bunch of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars for you to explore. They only cleaned my room once in a 7 day period. And you will need to buy your own water. There are two free bottles when you first enter, but you will run out quick. There is a 24 hour family mart near the entrance of the dusit Thani hotel where you can buy water

Very inexpensive. The room was big. There was a kitchen and a living room. The room was inexpensive so you could save money to buy food. Food in that area was expensive.

A big and clean apartment with two big bedrooms. The view is all in green and it’s very delightful. It’s not new but it’s clean definitely. The rent is very low in terms of what you got. We don’t cook and I have no comments on the kitchen. It’s suitable for family who drives around in Phuket. Laguna area has its distinctive elegance and ambience. People at reception are nice and helpful. I would recommend this to families who are looking something value for money.

We were putting up at Banyan tree and do not have enough room for our nanny thus booked her at Allamanda for 2 nights. Check in/check out was a breeze. Room was huge for her stay. Shame we have no time to ustilse the facilities as we were mainly at Banyan. Would def consider to book again considering the size of the room. Rooms were mainly v Balinese style but hubbs thought it looked dated..it didn’t bother me much. Plus that it had complimentary 24/7 shuttle service throughout the resort and up till Banyan! Great value overall!

A great relaxing break ”
We came and stayed here for 4 nights and it was great. Very relaxing and the shuttle bus was good to access the beach and other facilities within Laguna. The only difficulty we had was with our air con, if you turn the dial below 20 it stops working. Of course when it's as hot as it has been we instinctively did this our room was roasting and it was difficult to sleep. It would be good to have a sign notifying customers of this!

Nice Apartment. ”
These are individual apartments which give you the benefit of having a kitchen. It was a large 1 bedroom. Apartment was clean but ready for an update of furniture and kitchen/bathroom. Everything is still functioning and maintenance came immediately to fix any issues. Wifi is good but only really works in the apartment, not in the whole resort. Nice view onto the golf course. There is no kids club so not many children and i would recommend these apartments for couples or families with older kids as there is no activities for small kids. Access to the beach is not the best. Either you take a free shuttle or walk through the Angsana resort each time. There is a coin laundry and small mini market on site. Otherwise we enjoyed staying here.

Lovely place. Staff needs improvement. ”
This is my fifth time staying there. It's always such a lovely relaxing place to stay in Phuket. I love the room layout, the furnishings, the view, and all the amenities. However, every time I stay there, the reception staff aren't very welcoming at all. The cleaning ladies also use the front of my room as their hang-out and chit-chat place. Every time I open the front door, there were 4-5 ladies sitting down on the floor just talking, eating snacks, and just hanging out. They park their cleaning carts right in front of my room as well. It's just not a good sight to see and also I don't feel like I have the privacy and peace that I should get.

Affordable option in a high-priced area”
Misleading / out-of-date check-in instructions received from Agoda, but quickly sorted out by phone. Allamanda's exterior is attractive and well-maintained, but the site is exaggerated by the published images, the property sits on a very narrow strip of land. There is a very good pool, and a nice view from the balconies, but the big open space in all the pictures is the Laguna Golf Club, and Allamanda guests are very sternly prohibited from even stepping on the path which separates the two properties. We had a one-bedroomed apartment, quite spacious but very basically furnished. The exterior matched up to the pricey neighbouring properties, but the interior presumably reflected the far lower prices here. It wasn't shabby, but cheaply furnished and rather dark, with tired linens and towels. The staff were great, especially our cleaner and minimart assistant. Nice pool, good breakfast served next door, and overall a very good base on a budget in a luxury development.

Beautiful apartment on a lovely area called Laguna! Boat avenue, where there are lot's of boutique shops and supermarkets is only a 150thb taxi ride away or a 25min walk! Only downside to the stay was the pool literally at the end of our patio (ground floor apt)was closed due to maintenance work! Why do they not tell you beforehand? But it did not spoil the stay we had as the complex has 3 identical pools! Great value as well!!

Huge rooms in a very quiet part of the island”
This doesn’t feel like much of a hotel. The reception is tiny and seems to be run by just one person. I assume most of the rooms here are rented monthly as the place is very big. The furniture is very old but the place is clean enough and the bathroom wasn’t run down. I had an 82sqm overlooking a gold course with (two) huge balconies. The kitchen was stocked with pots, utensils and even a cheese grater! If you need a big room and have a car to get around then this is perfect
