Best value in alona beach”
Great place to stay in a sometimes over priced town Rooms are spotlessly clean, newly decorated with strong wifi. owned by a very friendly family who can help you with motorbike hire amongst other things. There is even a communal kitchen to use. Right in the town but tucked away from the main road so very peaceful, extended my stay twice. Get yourselves here!!!

Exceeded my expectation”
We had an early flight to Panglao and booked countryside tour for 8am-5pm. We also booked island hopping for the next day which starts at 6am so we'll be leaving as early as 5am. We decided to look for a place where we could sleep for one night only and found this property. We got it at a low price P624 and yes the reviews are true. Great location and clean. If you are on a budget, this is the best place to stay especially if you won't be staying much in the hotel.

This is the best spot if your a budget traveller. The owner cook yummy and yet very affordable food and you can also use their kitchen. The best experience ever kudos to ate and the owner.

Value for Money”
Affordable and reasonable, loacation is great because it is near to different restaurants and to the center site for tourists. The place has limited facilities to offer but its Value for money. My stay is really comfortable and safe, the place is quiet, they provide basic toileties. Staffs are really great, the owner is very approachable. I definitely recommend this to all solo backpackers, its not fabulous as 5 star hotel but it is good to stay for those travellers who wants an affordable to stay.

This room for rent is in the middle of Panglao center which is walking distance to the Alona Beach itself, fast-foods, bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. One of the best location. The room's place is secluded, peace and quiet. 😍

The staff were so accommodating - helped us with laundry, hiring a motorbike, and we’re so flexible around us extending our stay when our flight got cancelled. Great location so close to everything but down a quiet street. Definitely recommend

Not a bad cheap spot ”
I booked 2 nights initially then another 2 cos I was happy with the location, the cleanliness and wifi is ok. Tv not worth turning on shocking signal. Staff are friendly enough. Housekeeping have to ask for it. Location just 5 minute walk to beach. Dogs can bark Just tell them to shut up and no hastles. It's kinda hard to find when I got there no one knows it. Look for the sign where gecko hotel is. Down the back. I reccomend for a decent cheap hotel in Alona Beach.

A real value for money”
Location is great, just a short walk to restaurants and Alona beach. It is also air-conditioned considering its price. Staff are nice. The only issue are the mild foul smell coming from the toilet even after flushing and the absence of mirror in the room. But hey, these are bearable! Would love to come back again
