Amazing hotel, great value for money, friendly staff”
Top facilities, 2 pools including a roof top one with views over the city and the sea in the distance, great staff well organised, spoke English. Very clean rooms, good shower, ac worked well, parking garage for bikes. Fully recommended this hotel

GOOD and CHEAP”
I stayed at ALPHA BIRD NHA TRANG Hotel for a 2 days last week in Nha Trang. The hotel is right beside Nha Trang beach, which is one of the beautiful beaches in Vietnam. It was a beautiful place and perfect to get away for a few days. THE ROOM: Though the hotel lobby was pretty small, the room I stayed was large. The interior decor was luxurious yet warm and inviting. The double room that we booked was spacious and clean with a comfortable double bed. There is a kettle, a small fridge and a large TV which has plenty of both local and international HD channels. The bathroom was nicely decorated with turquoise tone tiles. They provided so many towels even though I stayed alone. THE FACILITIES OF THE HOTEL: We were delighted by the large pool facing the beach. We could just go to the rooftop of the hotel for taking a dip in the pool. The hotel restaurant has a great interior as well. I was able to have a relaxing breakfast every day there. The price of the food was pretty expensive, but the food was delicious and top-notch. THE STAFF The staff of ALPHA BIRD NHA TRANG Hotel was pleasant. They were welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient. The staffs were caring about my needs to make sure that I was enjoying my stay. IN CONCLUSION On the whole, I enjoyed the hospitality at Daisy Lux Hotel and I had a nice experience of staying there. Location is fairly good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were adequate. I would certainly recommend ALPHA BIRD NHA TRANG Hotel as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

Generally we like that hotel much. Room are not large, but it's not a problem for one-two nights. The only unpleasant thing: room was cleaned well, but we found used bed-clothes on the bed when we came. Administrator had to change everything by himself, because it was a night time. Check bed-clothes with attention!

Everything was good, especially the staff. All 3 that I met were nice, polite and well trained so thats a big bonus for Management. Hotel is a bit hard to find, deep in an alley and not too close to beach so you can't walk to beach unless you're willing to walk half naked across many streets.

Took advantage of a booking error”
We booked the presidential suite at 10pm from another hotel, but realized that we had booked for the same day, in stead of the next. I called the hotel 5 minutes after booking, but they refused to change the date for the next day, even though it was available. No discerning, poor judgement, took advantage of me making an honest error. Not recommended.

I stay for 3 nights in the hotel, the second day when I get up I take 120.000VND in my wallet and put the rest in my wallet and put on the table next to the bed and go out for swimming on the beach, I didn't think that 4 starts hotel they will Recruitment the thief start working in 4 starts hotel, when I back to the room from outside the room was room service already and the rest of my money in the wallet is gone, I told them to check and they just come to telling that they saw the wallet on the table but they didn't take the money
