Best 2-3 Star Hotel in Bukit Bintang Area, Kuala Lumpur”
Alpha Genesis Hotel has basic but complete and clean facilities. The rates of this hotel is very very affordable considering the huge size of their rooms. The staffs are very polite and accommodating. This hotel is located close to the commercial districts of Kuala Lumpur and near bus and train stations. There are also several restaurants serving good foods in the area. Best value for money hotel in Bukit Bintang that makes me to keep on coming back. The only thing that can be improved is the quality of the free breakfast they offer, but still, it's better than nothing.

The room oerall was good. near to almost anywhere from jalan alor to pavilion. Berjaya times square, lot 10, low yat, sungai wang, all walking distance. changkat street wher u can have lots of beer and fun just at the main road of the hotel. opposite there is a hawker stall only open at night called uncle wantan mee. MUST TRY. and beside is the burger guy with so much variety of burger. beside the main road there is a whole stretch of massage shop wher u can get good and cheap massage.

Pros - Location is very near the food street and bars; with various restaurants and convenience stores around; rooms are well-maintained, we were lucky enough that we got the room with view of the Twin Towers. Accommodating and English-speaking staff. Cons - We were served sausage for breakfast 2 days in a row. Would be better if a different set of food is served every day. Overall, still a superb stay! Thank you!

Convenient location”
Repeated stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient as it's near jln alor and walkable distance from berjaya times square. The bed is comfortable as well! Also, there's a cart selling good ramly burger just in front of the entrance! Only downside this time was that we requested for non-smoking room but was told that there wasn't any available non-smoking rooms. So the room given to us was filled with faint cigarette smell when we entered but the smell was ok on the second day.

Pros: Great location. Five minute walk to Jalan Alor (food street) which is definitely worth a trip in any visit to Kuala Lumpur. Fareed, travel agent for the hotel, offers some excellent trips. Con: Although breakfast was included and good, it was not ready at 7 AM, as advertised. At 7 only coffee and toast were available. The entrees sometimes didn’t appear until 7:15 or 7:30. I complained and there was improvement but still breakfast was not available at 7 AM if you had any early trip planned.

Overall Satisfied with the hotel”
Very comfortable while staying in Alpha Genesis Hotel, but the amenities such as toothbrush does not provided. I would like to credit to Front Office and Housekeeping department, the staff were very helpful. last few month we lost a necklace in the hotel room, they keep it for us and we get back the necklace. The view from the hotel was awesome, overall satisfied and will stay again for next trip.

Staffs are friendly and good service plus efficient as they came to solve my problems after I called them.room is so big and clean with city view.only room key need to insert hardly a Bit when enter lift to go floor respectively.others are so good as worth the money.recommended to stay!

Good location, and helpful staff”
Location is very good, nearby Jln Alor which have plenty of local foods and delights, then another end has lots of bars and cosy place to drink and chills. Hotel staff is friendly, I forgot to get my camera when i checked out, which lock inside the safe box, and I get to recovered it after a few days. Impresses me with their honesty. I will be back again.

Excellent service from Amani receptionist as the check in was fast and friendly. Room size and view fairly good for short trip. Parking not ideal for 4x4 truck or SUV as tight space to fit in. Breakfast is average but the crew did their very best accommodate all. Good choice for small or larger size travelers.
