Amadel's Residence is an ideal accommodation for a family vacation. I love the location because most of the tourist attraction is just nearby of it. The two nights stayed truly value for money and also it's clean environment provided a comfortable stay. The kitchen is great with the best amenities included basic kitchen needs. The host Mr.Sean very helpful and gave us facilities and attraction details and his hospitality especially since welcoming us til the end of the tour. Amadel's Residence is not just a hotel apartment but it's home for family travellers.

Amazing place!”
Amadel’s Residence was amazing! We were a group of 8 that stayed the weekend. It’s located just across Makhota Parade, walking distance to the heart of Melaka. It’s newly renovated, very clean. The air-con is powerful. Complimentary water is provided. The sea view is beautiful. This is hands down the most amazing place I’ve stayed using Agoda, and it is so affordable too. Also, the host is so helpful and accommodating. Very responsive. I would rate it 11/10.

Good for family stay”
Stayed with Amadel's Residence just last weekend. The host, Sean, was very helpful right from the start. Providing list of places to visit and where to find good food. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The only disappointment is the pool which as dirty and slides were closed, however according to Sean the management is in the midst of upgrading the amenities. Will definitely return and recommend to friends and travellers.

Cosy Place not to be missed”
It was really clean, tidy and comfortable place that i have been in Melaka. The beds were definitely more comfortable than those you get in hotel. After a super tiring day, it was a reward to be on the bed. I will definitely recommend this place and visit myself again the next time im in Melaka. It's highly recommended for family groups, as the place is very convenient and easy access. The facilities were awesome too. The host was an amazing person. Very friendly, helpful and at your reach whenever we call.

Great accommodation for large group”
The host is very responsive and helpful! The apartment is very new, clean and tidy, with high-speed internet and nice view. There are complimentary water enough for throughout our 2 nights stay for 8 pax! Excellent location, with major shopping malls just across the road. My children accidentally locked one of the rooms while they are exiting, the host immediately brought room keys to our rescue in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommended for large groups!

Great place for a family to stay with a very nice view”
The 3 bed rooms apartment is very spacious and nice with good facilities and nice view which i like best. My family had a very great trip when staying there. The view made me so peaceful and relax. By the way, thank you very much for the great support from the room's owner. He warmly welcomed us and also very friendly. Definitely i would recommend this room to my friends and who would like to have good and quiet place for their family.

Very Good Quality of Apartment”
3가족 (어른 6명, 어린이 5명) 이 2박 하였습니다. 호텔 건물 중 몇 동은 개인에게 분양한 아파트 인것 같았고, 개인에게 아파트를 빌렸습니다. (에어비엔비 같은). 아고다 메시지 기능으로 집주인과 연락하여 만났는데, 어렵지 않고 시간 정확히 맞춰서 나왔습니다. 2017년에 리모델링 한것 같은데, 아주 깨끗하고, 바닥도 한국 아파트같은 마루바닥이라 신발벗고 지냈습니다. 거실, 방에서 바다 (해양 모스크)를 바로 볼수가 있고, 각 방마다 LG에어컨이 설치되어 있고 새것이라 깨끗하고 에어컨 성능도 좋았습니다. 주방에는 인덕션, 냉장고, 싱크대, 정수기가 설치되어 있고, 기본 식기, 냄비 모두 같추어져 있습니다. 세탁기와 건조대가 설치되어 있어서 수영장 이용후 수영복 빨고 말리기에 편리하였습니다. 방3개 + 거실 + 주방 이고, 침대는 방마다 퀸2, 싱글2, 거실에 퀸1이 설치되어 있습니다. 그리고, 실링팬도 각방, 거실에 설치되어 있었습니다. TV로 넷플릭스도 가능하였습니다. 와이파이도 빠르고, 흠잡을데 없이 좋은 시설이었습니다. 호텔 시설 이용은 수영장만 하였는데, 큰풀장 2개가 설치되어 있습니다. 수건은 룸에서 가져가야 합니다. 집주인은 젊은 분인데, 아주 정확하고 빠르게 일처리를 하는 분 같았습니다. 호텔 건물 길 건너편에 큰백화점 (마트 포함) 이 있어서 식사를 하거나, 장을 보거나 하기에 편리하였습니다. 하지만, 도로를 건너기가 어려워서 차로 이동하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족 스럽습니다. 한국 분들이 이용하기에 불만이 크게 없을 것 같습니다. 그리고, 결제는 현장에서 현금으로 해야 합니다. 아고다 예약시에 결정된 RM으로 하고, 관광세 안내가 있었는데 그것은 따로 내지 않았습니다. 감사합니다. The pool and the facilities is a little run down but the parking is convenient and free. It’s close to all the Melaka attractions. The apartment is equipped with all the basic necessity to make our stay comfortable.

The building is a bit run down and the management should do something to it. But it won't affect your stay, because the unit itself is so lovely and comfortable.
