I really enjoyed my stay at Amansari Residence Resort! The staff was super friendly, very helpful and always greeted me with a welcoming smile. The room I stayed in was very clean, very convenient as there were many plugs. The air-conditioner was very cool, and you can tell it is very well maintained by the Hotel. Shower flow was very fast and I didn't have to wait too long for the water to reach at hot temperature. My family and I had some amazing food at the Hotel, buffet Ramadan for Iftar was exquisite, a lot of varieties, even though I had 2 Buffet Ramadan meals, they changed up the menu everyday! Sahur meal also had a lot of variety, even only a few number of Guests were there, but they really made sure that Guests are happy with the options of food that was offered for both Sahur and Iftar! Thumbs up to the Chef! Pool area was very clean and tidy, easy to find . Parking was also a breeze. My family and I really enjoyed my stay, and I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone with a family, as it is family-friendly. THANK YOU AMANSARI RESIDENCE RESORT!!!

-the room so clean & the staff gave permission to us for combined bed (twin bed) -toilet very clean -and last but not least breakfast superbbbb 100000/10. So many choice, all the menu options are sooo good. I definitely will repeat stay at amasari if i come to johor again.

a satisfactory stay because of the friendly staff, the check-in and check-out process does not take long. the room is very comfortable, spacious and tidy, cleanliness is emphasized very well. only I got a room with a limited view because there is an apartment next to the hotel. Breakfast is the usual menu for me, I can make improvements. no problem for me Overall I can recommend this hotel

Overall the room is very clean! The room we booked was the apartment with 3 rooms n 1 sofa bed. The balcony : SUPERB. Just that when we were having our breakfast buffet and went on to the bread section, the bread were covered in mould. Such a disappointment cos other than that, it was perfect! ☺

Fantastic experience”
I had a blast staying here. The room cleanliness was top notch. When we were trying to enter the room, the door was stucked and the frontdesk was quick to aid us and get a technician to help us open the door. Then we had issues with the room and again the front desk arranged for a technician to help us check and resolves the issue. Food was great! I just wished if they could offer more options but I was satisfied with what were offered.

Checked in for 3 days 2 nights. It was a business trip. Stayed in junior suit. The room was spacious. Bed was nice and comfy. Love it that they have bathrobes. Staff was soo friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. My son loved their nasi lemak. Probably can add more variety. Wished they still have golf course (would be a great view instead of construction site) No bathtub. The room is rather gloomy and dark. Not enough natural lights.

Great Place for Staycation”
Room is super clean. Have balcony to chit chat with coffee. However the golf course is now being developed into something so no more greeneries. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy although exit from basement is a bit confusing. Recommended.

My 2 days stays was good. Near eatery, mydin mall, lotus (hypermarket) and 5 min drive to fastfood restaurant. U just name it. Breakfast spread is superd. Even the housekeeping is good. I think u just remember to bring your own tooth brush and paste. Iron and board is available in the room. 👍👍

Quiet, convenient and comfortable”
Hotel was newly renovated, so the room and facilities were like brand new. Stayed here before and after the renovation so it was a world of difference. Was impressed with the King Suite, it was competitively priced, no complaints about the room. Bed was firm and comfortable, was able to get a good night's rest after a hard day of work. The evening's were peaceful and quiet as the hotel was situated next to a golf course. Most importantly, the hotel staff made sure you felt right at home. Will stay here again if I'm in the Pasir Gudang area.

Overall, the resort is awesome and breakfast have few variety. The Front Office staff a petite malay in hijab bespectacled named "Faliza" was expecting my arrival.As I arrived & checked in late aft 10pm. She did quick Check In process and explained well & in details.She did her work meticulously. Well done! Staff were very welcoming & readily to assist Guest query & request. I observed from the moment I alighted my GrabCar to Front Office reception area. Grabcar is easily accessible to go anywhere but it will cost abit more esp during high demand hours. On my 2night, I ordered Room Service on Resort menu, it was Spot On on Food Service less than 30mins. My order food is delivered right to my door room.The food was deliciously good. I will definitely come back to stay again when I am in Johor Bahru.

Best hotel ever BUT pls provide guest with 2 card keys for room”
Love this hotel. Everything ok. Huge pool, bfast good. Room 👍 with balcony. Nice view. Except 1 thing. Pls provide 2 card keys for room as we need to touch the card to use lift. If u provide 1 card, its so difficult to go out. Sometimes kids want to go back room after pool. Others still want to enjoy. Becoz of this matter, we need to wait the rest to go up together.

booked through agoda and got a special rate book deluxe room rm210 -get free room upgrade, free parking, 10% disc for restaurant, free breakfast, no charge for early check in 12 pm-late check out 3 pm, little goodies -large room, fragrant, clean, nice view from balcony, complete with equipment, quiet and peaceful environment -spacious parking -spacious swimming pool with good toilet and sauna room -good and friendly staff service and very dedicated -satisfactory and tasty breakfast buffet - the good thing is there are food and soft drink machines to make it easier for anyone who is hungry and lazy to get out. -many neighborhood eateries and close to supermarkets as well -can improve the landscape around relatively unattended areas -There are many facilities actually but I haven't tried them all -congratulations on the good service, keep up the good work -I am very satisfied and will come back
