Perfect hotel for transit passengers at DMK International Airport!”
Simply put, a terrific hotel all around! Location is more than ideal for transiting - located only a short walk (connected via sky bridge) from DMK international airport. I was able to walk to and from the terminal in a matter of minutes (5-10 mins). Signage is excellent throughout the terminal and also within the hotel and so there was absolutely no confusion about where to go. I stayed here two nights in total, while transiting in and out of DMK, and it made my transit experience very simple and pleasant. Reception and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed at the hotel in and around Christmas and so the hotel was beautifully decorated and hotel staff were in the festive spirit (it was nice for me to be in the presence of the Christmas spirit, because all travellers at one time or another, start to miss home)! Reception and check-in were extremely efficient, and fast. I was given a free room upgrade as well as a credit of 135 THB to use towards food and drink at the hotel as part of my booking terms. All staff were so gracious and courteous! Check-out was also exceptionally quick, and I was on my way to the terminal within minutes. Rooms were spacious and so comfortable. Beds were luxurious and linens were clean and crisp! Pillows were the perfect softness-firmness as was the mattress. I slept so well, I didn't want to leave the bed to catch my early morning flight. Room amenities were generous and much appreciated including: shampoo and gel (in shower dispenser for both), 2 dental kits, 2 shower caps, vanity kit, sanitary bags, a little packet of detergent, and dispenser hand soap. 2 bathrobes and 2 pairs of slippers were also provided. Toilet paper was in generous supply. The room was equipped with flatscreen tv, basic channels (like BBC world news) and a handful of movie channels (but not all in English), an electric kettle, wine opener, 2 large coffee mugs with spoons, 4 large bottles of water (in glass bottles), tea, Nescafé packets, milk pow

We had to stay the night to connect to flight next morning. Found this and so happy we did! Connected to airport and you do not have to go outside at all if you don't want to. They have a sky bridge connecting that is inside the airport (domestic terminal). Great bed, clean room, really hot water. Pressure was 6/10 and accessories provided were clean and healthy. Older hotel so expect a little dated furniture, but for airport hotel....can't beat it! The breakfast was the most extensive we have ever seen (stayed in 20+ 5 star hotels). Over 10 hot dishes, dim sum, dumplings, soups, omelettes, salads. Fruit was amazing as well. ONLY complaint...coffee. We are coffee connoisseurs and the cappuccino were lacking and the black coffee was mediocre. Literally the only complaint.

Staffs are so helpful, friendly and attentive. Hotel and room are clean and tidy. Location is perfect easy to get around. The new train service (red line) is walking distance from Donmuang airport. We will definitely come back there again.

The location, cost and cleanliness is first class. The bed is very comfatable ensuring a peaceful sleep .It's my choice where to stay in Bangkok especially if you are catching a regional flight out of DMK you can't go past Amari it's connected to the airport via a bridge walkway ,leads to hassle free travel

Top quality hotel with short walk to terminals for Don Mueng airport”
5* quality hotel connected with walkway to DMK airport. Pillow top king bed was very comfortable. Quality carpeting, bathroom. Tiny mini-frig, no microwave (but lots of food nearby), electric kettle and instant coffee. Very comfortable place to lay over. Not a neighborhood for a long stay. But for layovers, our first choice, and we'd happily stay again.

Exceptionally comfortable as transit hotel”
This is a 4-5* quality hotel with direct connection to Don Mueng airport. Very comfortable pillow top beds, large bathrooms. We frequently stay here overnight before heading to Isaan, as it is close to the Consular Services office which we need sometimes.. Buffet breakfast is not as extensive as at 5* downtown hotels elsewhere in Bangkok, but quite good. The only downside is that the hotel is an enormous open square, so the walk to your room can be long. All in all, excellent value.

I would love to suggest this hotel to anyone who need to fly on early flight or anyone who want to stay near airport. Amari is really near to DMK airport. I took time about 5 mins to go airport. Hotel is old but it's clean and neat. But I don't really enjoy the hair dryer. It isn't really effective. Room is quite big and quiet. Last time I slept in sleep box. It's quite da noisy a bit. AIRCON works so well. Staff is polite friendly and helpful. I'm really appreciate.

Extremely convenient to airport. Will stay again”
I was in Bangkok for transit and had a very tight layover time with mandatory COVID PCR test overnight. Amari is so convenient with the SHA Plus on-site testing and my result in 6-8 hours. And is walking distance to Don Muang airport without even having to step outside. The hotel itself is slightly dated, but with new carpet and a some small things like the toilet flush button popped off when I pressed it, the hotel could have a 5 star feel. Shower pressure great and very hot water. Very comfortable bed. I didn’t get to try any of the facilities but the pool looked nice and I chose Amari partially for the fitness center photos online. All the staff was professional and polite, very friendly and competent. This was the right hotel for my quick trip and I’ll stay again next time.

one night at Holiday Inn Glasgow Airport travel to Bangkok the next day and one night at the Amari Airport Hotel Don Mueang. Chalk and cheese would suggest management at Holiday Inn go to Amari hotel to see how it should be done.. absolutely excellent.
