the room is OK clean but the TV so small, to make tea or coffee you have to get your mug and leave the room looking for the dispenser to get hot water and back to room, the room have no fridge. the breakfast so simple.

It's located near food outlets and small shops. The room is big enough, with no kettle in the room. The towels should be changed to new ones. The AC is quite warm, cannot be made cooler so it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night. I would look for other hotels around Grogol area.

Fast check in, simple and easy”
I was checking in early on the arrival, they serve us well, they told us that if we get tired for our flight, they can give us a room in an hour, don't have to wait until noon. The room very neat, simple and clean. There are not luxury for the one who like to spend their time in a room, but as we travel for business, the room was comfy enough to get sleep. The bathroom yet too small, we only get a change to walk little step to reach all the basin, toilet and shower. Amenities ok, they have all we need if we traveling without bathroom equipment. The floor they use parket, so although the room was cold, the floor still warm, they provide also enough tea time goods as tea, coffee, sugar and cream. The drinking water you can get as much as you want from the dispenser in the end of the hall, they do nt provide mineral water in the room, there is no mini bar also as we chose standard room. The pillow thou too firm, even too hard for me. I rather sleep without pillow, coz the bed is comfy enough. Checking out was very easy as the checking I n. THE staff are very helpful and informatif. The security even suggest us if we only need to walk or get a taxi or public transportation. I will alway pick this hotel anytime I visit jakarta for business around west jakarta

Great place. Great location. But with cockroaches”
This is my 3rd stay at the amaris grogol. The first 2 stays was excellent. This one was excellent too, great location, great staff, good breakfast, fast wifi. However the room i stayed in 207, its got so many little cockroaches wandering around the room and bathroom. Tiny little critters. Complained to the staff and they said will spray baygon, but the little critters are still there. Overall good stay.

Amaris hotel is very new and rooms are clean but bit small. Location is just next to Grogol bus terminal. Breakfast was better than expected for the hotels price.

I love Amaris Hotel. I think the staff are so friendly and helpful. The room also spacious, clean and comfortable. There's also a food center next to the hotel that open till pass midnight. But the car park might be to small for the capacity of hotel.

It was over expectation staying in this hotel. Their staffs are hospitable and helpfull. The room condition is perfect, clean and comfortable. All the things of this hotel is awesome. This is very recommended not just for solo traveller like me but very good too for business person. We can get relax after along day we do all our activities. I will recommend it for my relatives and business partners. Keep in this good service and performance and upgrade if its possible to give us, your guest, a higher satisfaction always. Love it as my favourite hotel in my trips next time.
