Will Definitely Come Here Again ”
This is the second time I stayed in Amerin. This time around it is during Ramadan. The hotel provide good sahur choices. There is a huge Bazar Ramadan across the street. One of the most famous Bazar Ramadan in JB I think. There is a mall also just across the street. Everything you need is just a walking distance away. The room is clean and equipped. I love the basin provided in the room. Make it easier to wash utensils rather thab cram in the toilet. The power shower is fantastic. I stayed here for 4 days to relax and do some work. The gym is not that big but have all the machines that I know how to use. Will definitely stay here again.

Almost Perfect”
Good hotel, free parking, welcome drink, nice room (maybe it still new - keep it up) - extra tap outside bathroom (nice touch - i like), very good breakfast spread, cafe with nice view. Breakfast open on time (very good). have top floor cafe & lounge. some glass floor there . Performance at night. BUT the swimming pool should not be there. better without one. AND the special menu & features (buffet dinner price, special food price, etc) looks like from another 'level'. i would say very expensive for this kind of hotel. like they (hotel management) are targeting different kind/level of customers for that.

I tried to check-in at around 1.30pm even though check-in time was at 2pm. I was served by Mr Ungku and he told me room is not ready yet as it was full house the day before. He assisted to register for me first and I will just collect the key at a later time. Mr Ungku was very friendly and he gave me suggestions for my family to have our late lunch. Collecting the key was smooth and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast food was okay for the price that we paid. Overall definitely recommended to stay as there are Giant supermarket and eating place nearby within walking distance.

Strategic and value for money”
The hotel is near to Legoland within 15 minutes distance. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom is clean with strong water pressure. Staff are well trained especially the receptionist as we check in at 12 midnight and all informations are clear. He also suggested to me where to get food at 12 midnight (Restaurant Syed 24 hours). The only to be improved is the varieties of food for breakfast as there is limited choice and limited space to sit. Overall recommended hotel and it’s my 2nd visit to the hotel.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk officer and explained the deposit & tourist tax policy. Really convenient with many good options within walking distance and even a mall across the road! Highly recommend the western eatery right the foot of the hotel in front of 7-11. Affordable menu and satisfactory. Very clean and cosy room, comfy bed and clean bathroom/bathtub. Will return on a next JB trip, definitely. Was allowed a late check out until 1pm, so that’s a plus!

My 2nd time here and will definitely come back again. Got a free room upgrade from the kind staff. Hotel room is cheap, good location and easy to go to town. Everything is just downstairs, mini market, hypermarket, restaurants, pharmacies etc. Room is very clean, good bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet is good too, still the same quality as last year.

We booked amerin suite with 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom, clean & comfortable.. the housekeeping never skip to clean the room everyday.. easy check in & check out.. Around 20 minutes to legoland.. nearby hotel there's a nice & cheap hawker food, 7-11 is beside hotel, bus CW3 to SG is just across the hotel but be careful when U cross the road.. recommended

First impression look simple as it near Perling area. Once your step in Staff's and uncle front doors were kinds and very helpful, especially when we exit Carpark need to register the card at Front desk b4 exit, but something my done wrong and Uncle help us to go exit barrier for us. If your driving after taking the card at entrance barrier and b4 leaving register the card again at front desk for free exit. Room and facilities were very impressive swimming pools, breakfast at level 13A. Nothing to said but very 👍

Affordable, Convenient, Acceptable”
Great location, good facilities & parking are well lids... Sound proofing can be improve further... Gaps at below room doors are slightly bigger than average which allows outside noise could be heard from inside of room... My booking was a deluxe king room at the 13th floor with nice view overseeing the main road, Perling Mall & a row of shops just beside the hotel... Sky Bar available at 15th floor which looks cosy with a pool view & also a health spa around the corner... Keep up the good work & never stop there...

I like most as the hotel has a rooftop city view. The spread for the breakfast were varies & the workers are faster in cleaning the tables. However, for the price room charged are considered quite high as the king deluxe room are quite small as compared to other hotel rooms that I’ve been stayed before. Other than that I’ve no other conments.

Breakfast can be better”
This was our third stay at Amerin. We love the staff and everything else. However, this time around, we found the window in our room unable to properly close, but it was late and we did not want to change rooms. However, the noise from outside was unable to be filtered out, and it was really noisy with people playing fireworks and driving fast along the main street. Breakfast was better during our first stay, but the choices are now extremely limited.

The staff very friendly & helpful. When my wife arrive there with my 4 years old son the security help my wife from until check in. The room is quite spacious if compare to the price. Its really worth for money. Having a great experience here. Would sty again here if travel to johor bharu.
