To say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was nothing star about the hotel. It was not worth the price paid. I am regularly disappointed with Saudi hotels. What the advertise and what you get. This was spectacularly disappointing

They give us 4 bed in price of 3. Breakfast average but not bad. Consider the money what they charge. Good space room. Have Small hot plate inside room. Good size clean bathroom inside. Take frypan if want to Cook, no crockery but will get hot water kettle and also complimentary water bottle but have to ask on arrival, may be you will not find in room. Polite staff. They kept luggage for couple of extra hours. I really like it. Nice pleasant stay. I stayed only one day, I am wishing if have longer stay. Thanks to hotel administrators and staff.

Good hotel, with fantastic hotel shuttle to Masjid al-haram”
Best thing of this hotel is free shuttle service to Masjid al-haram. By walk, it could take 10-15 minutes to reach Masjid al-haram which is not convenient due to not having proper footpaths and pedestrian crossings, but hotel offers free 24/7 shuttle to Haram. Normally they have golf cars which run frequently between hotel and masjid, especially close to prayer times. Other good things are room size, room facilities, location (not too far from haram, and close to some restaurants and local shops). ---------- Things which were NOT good, and should be improved are: 1-Lack of English staff at reception 2-Absence of reception staff time to time 3-Smoking in lobby (Most guests smoke in lobby, though it is marked not to smoke, but hotel staff does not care, and does not even try to stop them) 4-Water from shower spreads on whole bathroom floor. This should be fixed 5-Noisy time to time (Due to construction work in the neighborhood, as it was in first week of Jan 2018)

adequate facilities and staff were professional unlike some we have encountered at more expensive hotels. Unfortunately due to the makkah ring road construction the bus service drops you off near ghaza/ marwa side then you have to walk quite a lot through safa/marwa before you find a prayer place. not advisable for the elderly. will definitely be booking again once roads are open again inshaallah.

caring, Excellent hospitality and outstanding transport facility to Harm Shareef.”
Everytime I stepped out of the hotel, there was an air conditioned shuttle waiting to take us to Harm Shareef. Similarly, every time we came out of Harm Shareef it was ready to take us back to hotel. The Breakfast had a variety of food and beverages which were very full filling. Really enjoyed our time there. It was surely a memorable experience.

It was ok, since u book online the hotel only gives u the top floor rooms, we had it on the 10th floor even when the whole hotel was almost empty. No use of putting a request online as it will never be fulfilled, u get what they give u..breakfast timings state from 6:30 am to 9:30, but we were not offered any breakfast upon asking several times ; they did however gave some boiled eggs, bread, jam at 10:30 when we had already had breakfast from outside the hotel...wifi is horrible on the top floors n hardly works. I requested for a double bed in a single room n got 4 single beds, weak power in the electrical outlets, there is a stove but no kitchenette or pots to cook in , no water pressure in the shower, no water given as complimentary, stupid lamps hanging in between the beds, so even if u want to connect the beds together u cannot as the lamps will hit u on ur head... Overall a big spacious hotel with many elevators with a very slow speed, small rooms, a good place to live if u only want to sleep n move on.

Not recommended for elderly people”
Although hotel is nearby, the walking distance from Haram until the pick up point is quite far. I would not recommend this for people who are traveling with children or elderly people. There’s construction going on next to the hotel so it will be a bit noisy at night. If you choose single beds, just know that they are quite small. If you take shower long, you might experience flood in the bathroom. The hotel uses mostly golf cars as a shuttle service, so if you move right after the prayer time you will have to wait for a long time as there are a lot of people. Generally it’s value for money ( the hotel is cheap), but there’s always a room for improvements.
