Really nice clean hotel. Location was a 3 minute walk from the Haram gate 7. Both the night and morning desk receptionist knew fluent English which was extremely helpfully. They have a mini cafe in the lobby with free WiFi, whereas it only works in the lobby and only when it's less crowded. There are lots of places and grocery stores nearby. They have 5 lifts but it got crowded on the weekend with a bit of a wait. Overall it was a good hotel and would definitely come again.

We had 2 quadruple rooms 4 beds in each room, so they gave a suite, Good sized rooms with fridge. The Bengali staff were very helpful. Bad thing was that the lifts were a bit temperamental at times but i would stay there again.

The hotel is at a walking distance from Gate 8 of Masjid-e-Nabwi. Staff at check-in was not very helpful. First, i had to show them the booking printout which by chance i had. Then they took more than 15 mins to give me the keys to the room. Then when i requested them for parking (which is mentioned on the Agoda and which was the reason for my picking this place) they first declined that it is full then when i insisted they let me check it they allowed and there were quite a few spots available in the parking. Some of the washroom accessories were not available. The place needs some maintenance also. Elevators are overcrowded around prayer timings. The exit stairs gate do not open at the ground floor so you have to exit from the basement.

Car parking space was not vacant even i made an early check-in. My stay was for three days and in three days, staff was unable to have me a parking space available in hotel basement parking. Room was good and with ample space. Though the rooms were not that quiet but were Ok. Restaurant inside the hotel was not at all recommendable. About 08 Min walking distance from Haram. Location is pretty decent. But no WIFI in rooms or in lobby.

Did not get room in Amjad Al Gharaa.Hotel was full.They were kind enough to get us a room in a nearby hotel. Phone number on your confirmation slip :please check yourselves also if it is working.I tried several times but no one attended. Who should be blamed : Agoda or Amjad-----

The manager was good but the staff were very bad. The facilities for a 3 star Hotel was very poor, it is hard to put any stars on their services. They don't even provide toilet paper, the say they have security boxes in the rooms for passports and money which do not work throughout the hotel. The staff would not help to take the luggage from the hotel rooms, they outright refused. The location is good the money is not bad for the location but the service is absolutely pathetic.

some of the things advertised about the hotel such as free Wi-Fi in all rooms and luggage storage were not there. Additionally no safe case, no wardrobe, no hot water, rooms are cold and AC not adjustable. complete disappointment.

Beware, don't book this hotel. It does not provide Wifi in the bedrooms as stated on the website. Even the lobby area wifi is very poor, you can just about check an email with everybody crowding around the lobby to use the Internet. I only booked this hotel from UK after reading that it provided full wifi service, otherwise I could have booked another hotel at cheaper rate. The guy on reception was very rude. No customer service manners. The bathroom stinks of damp smell, no toilet paper. Would never re-visit this hotel.

- Late Check in around 4 pm, although we arrived at 1 and stayed 3 nights. - Toiletries: forget it, we were given 2 towels for all 3 nights - Haram entrance for men is okay and quite far for ladies. Not recommending to families.

Noisy outside all the time, location is not that close and its bit up the hill also. Very crowded and noisy corridors even at night. Not to stay if with kids
