Luxury Villas – recommended for family and groups”

I would like to thanks Isabelle and her staff for looking after our group of 18 people from Australia. We had such a great time at An Hoa Residence. I originally booked 3 rooms and 1 penthouse villas (6 rooms) for our group however the hotel apartments and the villa were not close together. Fortunately, Isabelle contacted me and offered me with two penthouse villas close together at no additional costs. The penthouse villas were amazing. The rooms and facilities were very clean and spacious. Each villa has a separate swimming pool which is very clean. In addition, the food was delicious. We ordered mainly Vietnamese food which the quality was equivalent to well known restaurants in Vietnam capital cities. I would recommend An Hoa Residence to everyone.

A Little Known Treasure”

We alerted An Hoa Resort that we would be arriving at approximately 8pm, but our departure was delayed. The reception staff called to check we were okay. The staff were waiting for our arrival, even though it was after working hours for some of them! With an Agoda.com booking, check-in consisted ONLY of providing identity documents! Our villa was spacious, furnished as if somebody actually lived there permanently, and only a 1 minute walk to the beach! The villa surpassed our expectations. We ate lunch and dinner in the villa, and all meals were sumptuous and delicious. The staff were brilliant with the kids (9, 8 & 5 years old) and even let us swim in the pool of a vacant adjacent villa when the kids asked! My only suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of options for breakfast. Will DEFINITELY stay here again for a weekend getaway at the beach!

Hidden gem in Long Hai”

Like staying with friends in their older home”

An Hoa was originally part of Anoasis Resort (next door), but they have separated. So, while it may feel like you are stay at the residences at Anoasis, you are not. Keep this in mind with regards to meals (other than breakfast which is cooked fresh in your villa each morning!). An Hoa is a little rough around the edges, but the ladies made us feel like family and we will miss them greatly!!

Excellent paradise for Family travllers ”

Excellent! Staff are very nice and helpful. Our group has 5 aged people and hotel upgrade us to Penthouse in which 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor and they can easily access to their bedrooms. Very considerate and many thanks for Isbella. One of my groupmates said he never seen so great villa likes An Hoa in his life

Fantastic Stay”

Wow what a pleasant surprise this place was. Instead of Rooms they have these Villas, with beautiful Living Rooms, bedrooms, private swimming pools and the works. I am so glad I did not go for the 5 Star hotel I almost finalized. Right by the beach, close to the road, it has it all. However the thing I liked the most was how tastefully the Villas are decorated, very French, beautiful paintings & great comfortable furniture. Must try it. The Manager there Isabelle is always ready to assist for any help you need.

Private villas on quiet beach”

We stayed here in January 2016. On arrival we were upgraded to a private villa with its own pool. The beach is a short walk away with only one other resort on it. The village is not far on the free bicycles and is fun to mingle with the locals. While we were there it was the annual staff party to which we were invited. It was a fun night with all the staff and their families enjoying themselves. We were made to feel like VIP's! We were met by the owner and sat with her throughout the entertainment and beautiful meal. Lovely place for a large family or group of friends.

upgraded to wonderful villa”

As the resort was empty we were upgraded to a huge luxurious villa. Both Ms Long and Ms Vi at recption were more that helpful throughout making for a very enjoyable stay

i originally booked their duplex villa via agoda but got a pleasant surprise when we arrived. we were upgraded to a triplex villa with a private swimming pool! one of the staff, ms. long was very accommodating with all our request. we tried their bbq for dinner which were cooked & served in the villa by the swimming pool. good bbq and huge portion (ordered 5 bbq but it can easily feed 7 adults & 3 kids). the only thing that didn't work in the villa is their jacuzzi at the roof top. hope we get to try it on our next visit. overall, we had a fantastic weekend!

Pet friendly villas at the sea”

We were lucky because we were upgraded to villa though we booked suite room. I was huge - 3 floors. Private pool and garden. We had a dog with us and it was very comfortable. Internet was preety fast too.

The beach is clean. But the room is quite dirty, especially the bed had bed bugs”

We have stayed at this hotel before, at that time we already faced the bed-bug problem. This time we checked many times with the reception prior arrival and requested for the bed to be best clean. They promised the bed to be clean but unfortunately, the bed had bed bugs again although its smell was like new. We stayed at the duplex 2 rooms villa with equiped kitchennette but overall the hotel needs rennovation as all items are aging. The beach is clean and good for beach bathing. Food is ok but a bit expensive. Will consider whether to come back next time due to bed bug matter.

It was nice staying there but need to cook by yourself. Breakfirst is very poor (only brad and egg with coffee and milk)

Terrible swimming pool”

1. Friendly and nice staffs 2.lobby door wasnt good working 3. There s a lof of ants in the jaguzzi area 4. Great antique decorations 5. Our resort house is large and big 6. 3 air-cons operation still felt hot 7. Very tasty breakfast

Acceptable”

Except the good staff, everything is so bad. The facilities here is really awful, esp the toilet. We cant stand the terrible smell from the bathroom and toilet. We could not sleep well because of the smell. In addition, the 2 bedroom villa is not actually a villa, just a two story dorm with very old facilities. No swimming pool. Of course, we never come back. Bad experience. Our vacation were ruined.

Plusieurs superbes villas avec plage privée”

La résidence comporte plusieurs villas superbement décorées, très fleuries avec piscine privées et très belle plage privée. Merci à Isabelle, la propriétaire qui nous a upgradé dans la villa. Nous recherchions un endroit calme pour se reposer et avons apprécié l'endroit, le personnel était aux petits soins pour satisfaire nos désirs. Loin du centre ville mais vous avez des motos et bicyclettes à votre disposition.

Incroyable établissement”

Suite incroyable, rien ne manque, les instalations vont au delà des souhaits et merci à tout le personnel, merci particuliérement à Isabelle pour son amabilité. Précision : un peu éloigné des animations de la ville (ce que je recherchais).
