Professional and friendly staff”
I'm not a easy customer to please, and yet this hotel managed to positively surprise me. My expectations in general to Nha Trang hotels have grown fairly low; there are almost always mistakes being made, the descriptions of the hotels are grossly misleading, and most of all, there's very little understanding of proper customer care. So I guess I arrived with fairly low expectations, and yet the hotel staff manged to prove me wrong fairly quickly. I was upgraded, talked to in a professional manner, I got special treatment that accommodated my needs with no rolling eyes, and surprisingly westernized attitude all the way. A special thanks to night manager, Mr Jack for keeping me entertained and recommending his hotel to me in the first place, and Ms Maria, who approached me during breakfast to offer me assistance with my onwards travel plan arrangements. Worth mentioning, there's also a big variety of street food right outside the hotel, and a great Indian restaurant very close.

Great 5 nights in a Club suite”
Located at the end of a lane off Tran Phu Rd (main road running along Nha Trang beach) at the southern end. Surrounded by eateries of varying price points so u will never go hungry. Access to beach is 5 minutes walk. There is a small pool & bar at the rooftop (19th floor), and a small gym. The hotel reception area is clean & neat with staff always keen to assist. We found the staff to be friendly particularly Huy and My at reception, and the F&B Manager (cannot recall his name) engaging with us and making suggestions about activities to do while we were in Nha Trang. Breakfast spread was good. Guest are predominantly Russians & Vietnamese. Stayed 5 nights in a Club suite and the room was cleaned daily. Wifi is very strong.

All the staff at An Vista were great, especially Tom and Herve who helped organise transport to a mud and herbal bath spa - the 100 themed egg park (you do have to see it to believe it- it was fab). The staff were friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The Wi-fi is very slow, however, this may be an area issue rather than a hotel one. The hotel's location is good, just off the main promenade (so not too noisy at night time) and near enough to walk to the Louisanne brewery (for lunch) and also to sit on the pre booked loungers reserved for the hotel:) (vouchers can be collected from the front desk- book early as the morning slots tend to be booked up first). The beach is clean and huge (6km long!) and the water is pretty deep the moment you get in:) We were lucky to be upgraded with a bigger room and bathroom which were sea facing, the room also meant we could get the extra roll-away bed in to accommodate our 3 children. The bathrooms were clean, however, there is no seal around the bath so care needs to be taken when showering as the floor can get very wet. Breakfast was OK, and there are plenty of good restaurants to eat out at (e.g. the Lanterns). We enjoyed Nha Trang:)

Great staff, ok hotel, needs improvement”
I have stayed in two different rooms over a 5 day period. First room was 1407 and everything was fine about the room. The bed is huge and comfy enough. Room itself is spacious. Cleanliness is ok. My second stay was initially at the sister hotel run by the same group Sunny Hotel. ( Just two buildings next to the An vista) Unfortunately none of the 4 rooms that I was shown had working air conditioning and considering how hot the weather is in Nha Trang at this season you won't be able to stay in a room without a/c. So I asked the F/O manager Sang to change my accommodation to An Vista and I agree to pay the price difference on room rate. He was kind enough to help me find a room at An Vista. Then I have stayed at the room 507 for three nights. Initially the A/C was working but at night it stopped working and just blowing warm air. So I had a sweating night with no sleep that night. In the morning I informed the F/O staff and the manager and he sent an maintenance technician to fix it.

Great hotel, not the best breakfast”
During tet celebration i had to pay 236$ for the suite on top floor which was a lot better than other hotels. We tried one night at Dendro Gold Hotel which was terrible compared to this and more expensive. Overall a good hotel and the suite is actually Worth 236$ With the good staff and service. Hotel facilities was good and location was brilliant if you want to live in the midle of Nha Trang city With loads of Activity. However, the breakfast could have been a lot better. Because the Food was boring I ended up eating fruit, even though there was only one sort available (water melon)

Had a very good experience with this hotel and their staff. They customer service team would go above and beyond to help you with just about anything you need. One of the staff even saw us walking down the street on his lunch break and pulled over on his motorbike to help us out! The rooms were very nice and new with everything you would need. Breakfast had a decent spread of the normal eggs, fruits, pastries and asian food. The only con i would give is not so much to the hotel but to nha trang in general, its mainly russian tourists who can be a bit rude.

We were able to check in early after our night bus arrived at 5am which was wonderful. We were offered a beautiful room on the top floor of the hotel with stunning views across Nha Trang. Amazing bathroom with a huge bathtub. Very helpful staff who helped arrange our next night bus. Rooftop bar was a slight letdown as it was playing very loud techno music which didn't fit with the overall vibe of the hotel. Overall great stay. Would recommend!!

My family and I were enjoying two nights stay with An Vista hotel with free upgrade to honeymoon room. The hotel service was fantastic, especially the tour desk lady has been well traine and explained us very well about details of tour package. They made us really sweet surprised with cake and sweet decorations all unexpected!! The spa massage from the hotel is good, also the breakfast is fine, internet is quite slow also the reception of the tele a bit poor, but everything else is fine, we will definitely recommend An Vista to our friends!!

Beautiful hotel - still feels like new”
Great medium- sized hotel. We got upgraded on arrival and couldn't be happier. The reception staff went far and beyond the norm to make us feel welcome. They also recommended the best and cheapest way to get to the i-Resort (mud baths) and what other places should be seen if you only have a couple of days there. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Nga Trang

I think we mistook Nha Trang for Russia after our trip.... be warned. Hotel was OK, cleanliness was good. Very noisey hallways from the staff and guests near the elevator. VERY SLOW elevator aswell, and the Wifi speed was very poor. Also as we were NOT IN RUSSIA, the hotel could clearly do with less russian channels and more ENGLISH channels. The Tour lady was hard to understand.
