This place is brilliant for the price and one of the better sleeps we've had. Very comfortable, clean and modern. The staff and family there were the highlight, lovely people who are very helpful and welcoming. Well worth a stay here if your passing through Nha Trang - close to one of the main attractions too.

very good value for Nha Trang! close to lots of delicious seafood restaurants in a more local area than the big hotels on the strip. Easy to rent a motorbike and the staff is very helpful! We stayed in a room on the top floor with a fancy bathtub and it was quite comfortable. Would recommend this place!!

Cozy house at Nha Trang”
We spent only 01 night at Ana's house but it was greater than I expected. Clean room with lovely wall decoration. Host(s) are really friendly and helpful. They supported us a lot even when I would like to eat noodles at 1100pm haha. I'll surely back to this lovely home stay.

Our room was quite small but for the price we payed it was great! Our room was modern and very clean! Ana's House is a little bit further out across the bridge from the main hustle and bustle but for the price you really can't complain.

The room is a bit small. However, it is not a big problem for travellers who usulally go out. How can we need more because the room is super cute, clean , modern and the bed is comfortable. Especially, the owner is friendly and helpful.

Clean room and pleasant staff matters to us. The host treat us with lots of courtesy. Streetfood and seafood very nice around the corner. You are able rent motorbike, book day tour and entrance ticket with them with cheaper prices.

Pros- close to TONS of local food. We like to eat on the street, and this is the zone. Smoothies for a buck, I recommend avocado and/or mango. The folks at aAna's were very kind. Let us park our motorbikes inside, and helped us to make coffee in the morning. Place is close to the water, there is a big park, main beach is a short walk (the main "strip" is chaos, and it's much quieter here). Cons- tiny little room. I mean TINY. I think you can upgrade though. It was a bit awkward in the morning to try and make coffee as the fam was getting their food ready for the day. But they moved over and incited us to join... though the language barrier was strong. Overall, a good quiet place, off the main stream Waikiki meets Vegas beach strip.

Not very professional ”
Administration is not their strong point. The staff here are tic toc and show no initiative when it comes to making guests feel comfortable. To be honest they need to be pushed to oblige in any constructive way. As a paying customer at this establishment, I felt as if the staff would be happier if they had no guests. I'm not calling them lazy just awkward and distracted towards achieving their own goals such as preparing their food.
