I’d been searching for a suitable place for my parents and I to stay during the holidays. Did my research, read all the reviews and compared several places. So far, Ancasa is the best place for us. The apartment was clean when we arrived, all the facilities were working and in good condition. I hope the future guests will be responsible when using the facilities in the apartment so that others can enjoy their stay. I’m staying this cause there were guests who left the coffee table and chair at the balcony even though it’s raining. The hotel management should put up a notice to remind the guests to not leave the wooden furniture out in the rain. I hope the hotel can maintain or further improve the facilities as I’d definitely stay here again for my next visit. Thank you Ancasa.

Very comfortable for a big family with more than 5 family members. Very clean. Complete facilities, iron, fridge, electric stove, and nice view too.. very near to the beach just walking distance.

A very good staycation for family/group travellers”
Booked a last minute PD trip via Agoda to Ancasa Residences. Location is very strategic, just next to Teluk Kemang public picnic area. Check in and check out was breeze . Staffs were friendly. The resort doesn't have private beach. However, it does comes with many facilities such as swimming pool, multi purpose volleyball/futsal court, a mini field, a cafe, a games area with few arcade games and pool table. Went there with a group of 5 adults' and one toddler and we booked for 2 bedroom apartment (very spacious), with 2 bathrooom/toilet. The apartment also comes with a ready kitchen with electric stove and hood, fridge and kettle. The apartment unit was very comfortable. Variety of restaurants option nearby from the property. I would highly recommend this property for family and group travelers. Will definitely come here again.

Room very spacious, bed and pillow very comfortable and very nice view. Easy acces to the beach. In front of the beach for sea games and food. Enjoy our stay there even though outside our kitchen got bird poo bcos we stay at the highest floor. Overall very good.

Room Very spacious can fit more than 15 people. The only we cant cook inside. Big refrigerator, with kitchen cutleries. You may bring your own comforter if you have. More than 6 people. Overall very satisfied include the swimming pool.

I booked apartment with 3 bedroom & kitchen facilities. Spacious space, good facilities with aircond in all rooms and living hall. Check in & check out very smooth & fast. The best thing is my room comes with breakfast for 6 pax. Breakfast also got many choices. I give 5 star. Keep it up 👍

The staff were very sweet and kind especially Mr M Fariza was friendly and helpful person. I was stayed so many time. Will come and choose this apartment again. Easy access to the beach was a bonus as we came with kids and elderly.

Bringing my 3 small kids to this place and it's exceed my expectations. The place is right in the town, with just a walking distance to the beach (even gotten the pool view & sea view room at once). The room were spacious and comfortable with clean utensils provided. The only lack is, there's no convenient store at the premise, need to go outside. But luckily the stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. I would certainly coming here again for my next vacation.

The apartment is very spacious & clean. I'm checked in during the peak season of Chinese New Year festival. Got apartment key at 5pm instead of 3pm. In return, we can checked out late at 1pm instead of 12noon. I think, if check in during normal weekend should have not facing this kind of issue. Parking is very limited and I'm glad we able to park the car. Overall, I am satisfied.

We love our short stay here, from the receptionist who handled my check in on 10dec, that indian ms and the bellboy was really helpful and make us felt welcome :). Wrt to the apartment, it is clean, spacious, aircond is working well, got kitchen with sets of cutlery, bowl & plate, induction cooker & broom/dust pan. ive got seaview at 6th level, it is amazing, and we like the new interior design, simple yet nice. But for improvements, i'd like to suggest 3 things, 1.property to do frequent pest control or perhaps provide insect repellant as theres an ants at the living room, under the carpet 2. Change to new pillow as the current one not really comfortable and provide at least 3 per bed instead of 2. 3. Provide mop to dry the water since visitor always play at pool, beach, it can be slipepry. Also theres clog in bathroom of master bedroom at unit c601, need to fix.

This is my second time stay at this apartment hotel. Absolutely very enjoy staying here because near to the beach and my kids really enjoy the pool. Also near to the food stall at the beach. Just when weekend parking it is a bit limited.

Price is affordable! Spacious, clean, minimalist and cozy place. You can just walk to the beach. Room is same as advertisement. Staff is very helpful. Near fun fair, ostrich farm.

I've stayed in 3 bedroom apartment for 3 days, 2 nights. Love the room. All 3 rooms are modern designed. The kitchen has some basic kitchen utensils (plates, bowls, spoons and forks) refrigerator, stove, dish soap and sponge. If u are planning to cook, u can bring along other kitchen utensils. Got 2 pools for children and 1 for adult. There is a gate direct towards the beach. There are a lot of food stalls nearby. So no need to worry about food. Everything is good except for there was some stain on the bedsheet. Overall i had a pleasant stay and i will come back again for sure.

As we opened the door to enter our apartment, we were welcomed with a very pleasant cold room.. Very powerful air conditioner at the main hall.. The apartment was very huge can cater so many people.. Every room was very clean that I think the most cleanest room among other hotels I stayed.. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained.. I choose room with coking appliances.. Plates, mugs, bowls and induction cooker were provided.. Nothing to complaint as we enjoyed our stay ❤️
