Came to stay in patong and chose Embrace. Checkin was quick and straight forward. I arrived early in the morning do the room was still being cleaned. Still the wait was not too long. The room is spacious with light furniture. I love the balcony with the pool view. Perfect for relaxing outside with some drinks and food. Plenty of cupboard space with an open design. Would have like a chest if drawers as the space isn't enough for 2 people to unpack all your clothes. Also you're sharing a drawer with a hairdryer which is a bit impractical. Spacious and large shower. My only issues is the water kept changing from hot to cold. No consistency in temperature, which is quite frustrating. Bottled water in glass bottles in the room, which are replaced everyday although you must leave the empty bottles there or they won't be replaced. Tea nd coffee is also provided with a small kettle. Lots of plug points which work with several plug types so no adapters need. You may need one for a laptop though as my plug didn't fit. Light switches are a little too far from the bed. You have to get out of bed to switch them off. Generally though I am happy with the room. The pool is one of the best I've seen. Really nice and long so you can swim a few laps if you like and get the blood pumping. Or you can just float around and relax. The fountains add a nice touch. Loungers place all around the pool with some in the shade and some out in the sun depending on your preference. There is a pool bar as well so you can be in the water and sit at the bar at the same time. Wish they had some inflatable pool toys to mess around with. I used the gym / fitness centre as well. Decent equipment available but not alot so if there are more than 2 people you will be waiting for equipment. Good enough to have a workout but not designed for gym fanatics. Dining area - really large and well laid out. The breakfast though wasn't as good as other hotels. The basics are there however some things were missin

Not Only Valuable ”
Just I found the hotel by website. The hotel is cheaper than before I checked. Location is perfect. Easy access to Walking Street, Shopping Center(Temporally closed but super market Bic-C is open) also Beach. Just near by Amazon café. 5min walk you can find tourist clinic. If you need PCR test, you do not need to take taxi or same transfer. Pool is very quiet but I can hear a bit music from pool bar. It is not loud and I can relax. Room is not so big but enough facility. I stay Deluxe with balcony. The room had Shower booth and toilet. Both have door each and separated inside bathroom. Sometimes I went to swimming pool. After I come back to the room, already complete room make up perfect. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful also always make smile. Thank you everybody especially Chatarin and Tee. Before check in I planned to stay here 3night and change hotel like hotel hopping. Finally I stayed the hotel 13nights.

Nom smoking board ”
The thing I hate was that at the time of check out they said to me that a ‘Non smoking board’ size very small is missing from your room. So u have to pay 150 bath to the room service. After a lot of discussion that its of no use for me why shall I take it they allow me to go. I think the room service staff which comes to clean the room hide it and blamed us. So if u stay in this hotel just ask the reception to point the things which they will check at check out. So that u keep record of it.

Outstanding hotel”
We were upgraded to a double room suite with a balcony with a out door spa overlooking the ocean .the room was grand and so beautiful we didn't want to leave this room . We were lucky to get the best room in the hotel because they were overbooked. The staff looked after us . Once we checked out we were able to keep our luggage in a locked room with security and were able to use the resort and showers for as long as we wanted We had a late flight that night so the hotel staff were absolutely a pleasure to talk to and made us feel at home. We will definitely go back and highly recommend this resort.

had very good relaxation during the stay. rooms are clean, staffs are friendly. I even ordered my simcard online before come to Phuket, they kept in safe place and handed in to me at the check in. will definitely come back to this hotel for my next phuket visit!!

Great location near Patong Beach”
I stayed in the older wing and was upgraded to a balcony room on check in. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the balcony quite big. The bed was comfortable, the tv has very limited channels , there's also a fridge and coffee making facilities. I initially was too cold with the air conditioning as I couldn't find the temperature control. After my first cold night I located it on the wall behind the bed and it was hidden by the pillows. It's an electronic push button type that works fine. It also has another panel for light control and an electronic do not disturb button. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The bathroom was good however the shower is the type that is over the bath. The bath is very deep so very relaxing if you want a bath but it's quite a stretch to climb into the bath , even for a tall person like me. . It's about a 60 cm climb over although there is a handle on the wall to help pull yourself up into the bath. The shower was nice and hot , the water pressure very good but sometimes it kinda pulses . Overall the room was good , great for the price I paid. Breakfast was included , the breakfast room decor is a bit weird , looks like an ideal place for taking selfies. I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. It's buffet style but the options were pretty unexciting and overcooked at times. They have an egg cooker located outside in the courtyard. Sometimes they were there or sometimes there was just a tray of cold fried eggs and you can help yourself. Also there was no requirement to wear a mask when accessing the food and I got coughed on by another guest while there waiting for toast. I had a mask on , they didn't, and i had to forgo that food . The staff were not particularly friendly here, they always look a bit sad but did their job effectively. Most mornings I ended up buying breakfast elsewhere . Nice hotel in Patong”
It was a great moment during our stay at Andaman Embrace. We were given an upgraded room to Deluxe Balcony room which facing the pool. Comfy bed makes it like home. Breakfast spread is ok with international as well as local flavour. Nice and big car park as we were driving there. Staff are very friendly. Also, a smoke free hotel. Will come back again!
