Exceptional”
Had a fantastic time on Koh Lanta and this place was ideal for getting to where we wanted to go. We had a pool view room which was big, bright and clean. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend

Convenience! We walked out the door, into the pool or into the ocean! Food was readily available, scooter are easy to hire, we think we have found our yearly holiday destination!

Extended stay”
Extended stay from 1 to 2 weeks. See my previous review. Plus note that during Covid19 times the hotel staff works only part time and so being no daily room cleaning necessarily. Just ask the reception for the water etc. During my stay there was a conference and my breakfast was organized as a take away box. For me really ok. Could stay here for long-term also! Really enjoy.

Perfect location, great pool, friendly staff and clean”
Right on the sunset beach. 7/11 close by. Easy and cheap to get local taxi bus into town and Pier. Only 1 hrs drive over the bridge to Krabi Airport. Fresh free drinking water everyday, clean towels.. Would of liked a hairdryer.

Overall quite good stay”
I chose this resort because it's excellent location, right on the beach and walking distance to Saladan, where pre-Covid times all the main services situated. Now of course everything closed. I thought I had a booking for a bungalow,but got a room on second floor with rooftop view. (My own mistake, as I didn't check. )The room is comfy and clean, aircon works fine, it's quiet and serves my needs. As the restaurant is closed, the breakfast is served nextdoor café. The pool is just great (as the beach/sea is rocky and a bit difficult to go for a swim). The staff is super nice and attentive. Overall feeling is good and pretty comfortable. These are the reasons I decided to extend my stay for another week.

You can not beat this Resort for its value and wonderful location. As with all resorts in Thailand right now they are hurting for tourist and not all of the facilities are open but not a problem..Great place!

Great location. Very friendly personal. Nice pool and beach. Rooms on the road side are not noicy, choose room on the sea side. Restaurants and bars not available due to low season. Only breakfast available.

The location of this hotel was great - right on the beach and close to lots of great bars and restaurants. The facilities are also really good - the restaurant was tasty and not over-priced, and the pool was nice, though it did have a lot of families with young children so it wasn't as quiet and relaxing as we would have liked. The rooms could definitely do with some updating though - the showers were pretty useless, and there were barely any power sockets.

The pool was very nice, the beach was full of rocks. The rooms were outdated but it was also clean. The services were overpriced (rental/transfer/additional night) ended up using agoda to book one more night and used outside agencies for other services. Nice restaurants selection close by, did not eat at hotel once. 7-11 very close Comfortable stay overall, 7,5/10.

Great location and staff, old rooms ”
Pros: - Location - Staff - Cleaning - Breakfast/food and restaurant - Beach- and pool area Cons: - Old, dark rooms with view towards wall and staff passing by on small path all the time. - Electricity failure (Aircon, power, hit water) 10-15 times in 2 weeks, sometimes for hours. - Old/defect aircon with no possibility to adjust correct temperature.

Overall a disappointing experience. Staff were friendly. When we arrived after 15:00 the Room was not ready and the view was not nice just over to a roof and wall. We booked a room with view... To me it is a important issue. I went to the reception again and asking for an other room with view. On the same floor they showed me exactly a same room but with a better view to the pool, palms and garden. They asked for this room B 800.00 + per night. I was tiered and wanted to pay with my Thai Bank Credit Card. To my surprise they ask for 3% additional charges due to use the Thai Credit Card. I did not agree and ask to stay in the previous room, because I was not willing to support this overpriced, ripe off thinking to a foreigner guest. They were surprised to about my reaction and offered me after all the room without 3% cc charges. I feel they are not able to fulfill the basic standards level for a 3* Hotel/Resort.

Inside property around the pool is very nice but the budget villa is very noisy, outside the main complex beside the road and parking lot. Very noisy.

Average and rather old-fashioned resort”
Location was okay, the resort has sea front entrance. Nice to catch a sunset but unfortunately there were no lounge chair available at the beach side. Got an free upgrade to Pool side bungalow which was a nice view. But the struggle with lots of mosquitoes were a true fight! Can't open my door at all.
