Great location and great amenities”
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Angsana Laguna. It is a very family oriented resort, with large swimming-pool area, easy access to the beach and good food. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean, although a bit tired, but still lovely. (No sleepers or beach bag provided during the stay). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it is great for families with kids, as a lot of kids’ friendly areas.

Wonderful Service by Mr. Bird and Owen and Excellent Hotel”
We checked in on 25 June 2022, at Angsana Laguna Phuket. Mr Bird assisted us with room check in, and offered us a complimentary room upgrade. His command of English and understanding for our needs was world-class. I have stayed in multiple 5 star hotels around the world. His friendly attitude and extra-mile service was worthy of complimenting. Mr. Owen, another staff assisted us with the paperwork. His attentive to details was great. Angsana Laguna has excellent staff retention policy that keeps amazing staff like Mr. Bird and Mr. Owen. We stayed in a villa, the hotel facilities are great and rooms are in great condition that is worthy of 5 stars. We will visit again and hope to see Mr. Bird and Mr. Owen again!

Nice resort before is call Sheraton Laguna resort which i was visited 30 years ago. Although is been quite some time hotel name changed i think they done for the renovation. Still great just some design might be a bit out dated. Breadfast is great. I will go back again.

Pleasantly surprised as first timer here”
Firstly, the upgraded room played a major role in making the stay memorable. We were upgraded from King Premier to 1 bedroom loft. Only issue we had was, some rooms do not have bidet in bathrooms, which we hoped was highlighted before we settled into the rooms, so we could be given the option to choose. There are many activities for kids to do and I like that not all are chargeable. Kids playground is spacious but could be upgraded a little. Beautiful resort with great staff”
Stayed here for 11 nights during Phuket sandbox. Room was huge and extremely comfortable. Great swimming pool and such pleasant grounds all over the resort, and one of the best beaches in Thailand is right out the back door of the hotel. My biggest compliment, though, goes to the great, friendly staff. They really do try to do everything to make your stay nicer.

Very nice resort”
I booked my stay here on the recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. The rooms are smaller than they look in the picture, but have excellent views of both the lagoon and the Andaman Sea. By room was less then 200 yards from the beach. You can relax here is solitude or partake in the many activities offered. I am not sure of any activities offered beyond the resort as I met with some ex pat friends and was shown the "sights" by them. The staff is friendly and you will soon learn the proper Thai greeting because you are greeted often. They enjoy it of you put some effort in greeting them properly also instead of being a rude foreigner and blowing them off. My only complaint is it took me about 12 hours to get my laundry picked up. In everything else the staff is prompt,.friendly, and kind.

Pros: large rooms w/ luxury bedding, extensive lush tropical landscape, beautiful water views, private beach club, updated rooms, complimentary water sports (kayaks, long boards, paddle boats) and incredible expansive pool. Cons: Far from restaurants, grocery, minimarts, shopping. Hotel restaurant food good, but overpriced.
