Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived at hotel almost adzan for Maghrib, so really hope can go to room immediately. Took 5 minutes for check in, but have to pay deposit SR200 (will be refunded upon check out). Use credit card for this purpose. In Malaysia, hotel will just block that money (pre-authorized), but here they really charge that amount to your card. Booked for classic room, but the receptionist so kind assigned us to haram view room. Spacious room and bathroom. Requested room service for 2nd day, poor room service as they just topup 2 bottles of water and one shampoo. Not even tidy up the room or clean the bathroom. So, less star for that. 10 minutes to Haramain (+5 mins to reach gate). The hotel located up on the hill, but have the escalator and pathway to haramain. Near the new extension. Way to haramain down the hill, but when go back to hotel have to climb up the hill. So have to budget your time to go out at least 30 mins before adzan to ensure you reach haramain just on time and get good place for solah. Check out very smooth, even forgot to return our deposit until we asked for it. So they returned SR200 in cash, not to my card. Overall nice hotel only far from haramain and other main attractions (shops, restaurant, etc.) but still value for money.

We had a nice stay tough it was short but we had a comfortable stay and best thing was the facility that was close to Haram and in the comparatively less crowded side. Queen size bed was comparatively small for two peoples and I would like to suggest the travellers to see it and request to change if it doesn’t fit your needs.

This was a great hotel good location the only thing that I think would be an issue is the gradual incline of the distance to get to hotel from the haram. It would be challenging walk for the people with a disability or problem with walking up hill

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very convenient. The location was 7-10 mins walking to el Haram. Loved the coffee machine that was in the room. Asked for late checkout and it was given smoothly, thanks to Khaled and Nasser.

Upon arriving the decoration showed a different ambience. Easily accessible from the mosque. Room is clean. If you get the city view, then Masjidil Haram is your view from the windows.
