The place is a condotel. The elevator and parking basement is not very clean. The reception desk is inside the nearby restaurant, so you may get confused when checking in. But the room is clean with good facilities and nice view while the price is low.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Booked a suite on the top floor with a balcony. Pros: 1. Staff tries hard. Cons: 1. Took one hour to check in. (Go to #7 for why) 2. They tried to make me take cheaper room 3. They store supplies/ trash on my balcony 4. The first room I got had a broken sink, stained floor and was right next to a kitchen. Felt dirty 5. They switched me to another room with stained/ peeling walls, holes in the wall and again trash on my balcony with a foul smell. 6. I reserved a king bed but all the rooms they showed me did not have one. I ended up pushing two twin beds together 7. Upon checking in, the elevator key card did not work, the staff made me wait on the 25th floor for him to get the key, once we got the elevator key to work we went to the room and the room key did not work. The worker ran all the way back down to fix it. The staff works hard but the hotel is very unprepared and unorganized. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

There are bed bugs in the room! We took a picture of the bugs and the staff went to check for the bed bugs saying it were stains on the blanket! This was not true. The staff wasn’t cooperative at all. We left right away!

I stayed in the Anrizon hotel for 1 night for business trips. This hotel is located in the north of the city, it is a bit far from the center. But it does not the matter. I booked the Superior city view, but the hotel had free upgarded to Executive Sea view with balcony. Its so fantastic. Staff was friendly and attentive, rooms were clean ,plenty of space and near the beach. I absolutely love it! I will recommend your hotel to other people.

First night, we had to stay a worse room because of full of room. Then the next day, we could stay in the correct room booking. Breakfast is not really good. The next room is very noise at night.

The 1st day, room was clean but they Didnt change bath towel and wrap blanket neatly when doing room service. The sea view is very nice and somehow compensate my experience

Anrizon Hotel Nha Trang”
It is a clean well situated hotel about 5km from the tourist area. The front desk is the reception area of the Anrizon restaurant, which was a bit confusing at first. The hotel itself is part of a 4 high rise complex that is a mix of condotels, hotels and apartments. Many young Russian and Vietnamese families in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the area and the beach is across the street.

Outstanding stay at Nha Trang”
Located less than 10 mins drive to the North of central Nha Trang, I didn’t expect much from this booking but it turned out excellent from staffs to room facilities. Both check-in and out processes took like no time, Smart card for door lock and elevator (goes straight to the corresponding floot once swiped), Room was clean, fresh and fully equipped bathroom. TV channels were laggy but hey, who even use it during trip?! In short, a highly recommend place to stay in Nha Trang.
