Our new go to hotel in Chiang Mai”
This might say it’s budget but the quality is anything but. We stayed here for two nights and we couldn’t have wanted for anything. The rooms were clean and bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were too. The AirCon was strong but quiet and there was drinking water and a kettle in the room. The location is excellent. Near to everything (including 2 minute walk from a 7-11, atm, and a western cafe for breakfast) but off the main road so no loud vehicle noises at night and the hotel staff were very friendly and recommended local attractions and restaurants. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in an affordable hotel but not wanting to skimp on comfort. 100% will be staying here again when we revisit the city

Me & my husband stated for a couple of nights, we loved it here, the attention to detail in the room is lovely! It was only a 5-10 min walk to the river where there are bars & resturaunts. The staff could not do enough for you too, they were so lovely! Thank you for a great stay!

The staff always welcomed me and said goodbye, they were willing to help and assist with any questions or requests I had. The room was very clean, smelled clean and everything worked great, nothing was broken or damaged. Quiet relaxing environment with good access to many of old towns activities.

We have been traveling for 2 months and this was our best experience yet (our 3rd hotel in Chiang Mai). The hotel is very clean and nicely updated. Good location. Would stay here again. Our only complaint is that we could not check in early.

Perfect for a fast overnight”
The location is fantastic and the rooms are well-equipped. There's no elevator. There's no breakfast, something in between they call a snack bar. But there are plenty of breakfast options in the neighborhood. I wouldn't stay here for a relaxing holiday, but it's perfect if you are passing through or just looking for a place to rest your head. We especially appreciated the shower/bathroom.

This hotel is a little of the main road. Take a little effort to find. But is also means it is more quiet. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. I stayed for 2 night. No complaints. Room was clean and comfortable.y room seems to be renovated not long ago. So it was great. There is a balcony attached to the room. But for some reason it was blocked off from entry. Please note this hotel does not have any place to park. And no lift system.

Location is good, was fairly cheap and a snack bar gives constant supply of bread, biscuits and drinks. However, our stay was somewhat ruined when our shower didn't work in our original room. The staff did move us to another room when we raised the issue, but this room was right next to the reception where there was a lot of noise. The bathroom also had an underlying smell of sewage which isn't what you want... All in all our stay could have been better but I'm sure not all guests will have this same experience

Minimalistic, boutique, and affordable!”
Don't be fooled, the amenities and beddings and decor are top notch! You get a decent size room, proper window and light, great bathroom, amazing beddings. There's a kitchen with fruit, tea/coffee and cookies all day to enjoy downstairs. The staff is basically invisible, and when visible they seem super bored (unless you ask about organised tours), but that was fine for us. The walls can be thin, and the doors don't close flush, so be mindful with noise as it travels through to other rooms easily. All in all I would definitely stay here again as it's a bargain price for the comfort offered. If you don't need a big social scene, this is great.
