"That is what we were told by the concierge on our first night and we could not disagree. Nothing was too much trouble, there was always a smile and a friendly greeting. The lobby and lift always had lovely scents, the rooms were quiet, the air conditioner/heater worked brilliantly and whatever we wanted from extra towels to a pot to green tea was promptly produced. We did not know about the hilly nature of Auckland before arriving and so having the hotel located on the top of one of the hills meant much exercise but that was okay as the hotel was very central and close to many amenities - restaurants, buses, parks, etc. We would have liked a toilet roll holder that was more secure so that the roll did not fall off and perhaps a new carpet would have been nice as the one in our room could have been cleaner and with no pulled threads. But we would definitely recommend the hotel."

"Fantastic Hotel! Quick and easy check-in/ check out. Very clean. Great location! Excellent friendly staff. Couldnt really fault anything from my experience except the car park. Car park was a bit pricey however it seems to be a standard price with hotels in Auckland with the exception of this car park being quite spacious compared to others. Overall excellent experience and look forward to making it my regular hotel if ever in Auckland."

"We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while we were in Auckland. Being so close to the motorway we found we could come and go to our main destination in Green Lane easily and quickly. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped and a great place to return to each day to have something to eat, relax and have a good sleep. Turns out one of us, years before, helped build the St Martins building, so for him it was a bit of a homecoming. Thank you to all. We would happily return."

"Great Auckland hotel with superb views of the harbor from the upper floors (lower rooms may lack view). The 32nd floor two bedroom suite is well-appointed with every amenity and includes a kitchenette with large refrigerator and freezer. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The staff is friendly and helpful and best of all, free 1GB of wifi per day, which is these days is a rare beast in Auckland hotels. The one negative comment that I can make is the location, which is directly across the street from Auckland’s “Red light district”, such as it is. Opposite the Auckland Harbour Oaks is the Penthouse Club and there are a few other strip clubs, massage parlors and the like. Otherwise, the location is fantastic, walking distance to the waterfront area and harbor as well as to Queen St. and central vicinity. Highly recommended."

"Great location the train and bus station are just across the road and the shopping centre 3 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was nice , clean and very roomy, It was great to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Auckland. Great value for money. "

"I was traveling in a group of 4 and had booked the 1 bedroom unit at the Quadrant. The room is nice and comfortable with cooking facilities, washing machine and ironing facilities. Not that we need those, but it might come in handy for others. The most important thing for us is the free WIFI access which most city hotels in Auckland does not provide, or in a limited way. That pretty much sealed the deal for us. Last but not least, the room price is very reasonable."

"Aniko was lovely in welcoming us in. We enjoyed our stay, it was only for three nights but it was the most comfortable place we've stayed in. It was around the corner to the town center which made for nice morning coffee walks. The building was atop a hill and the view was spectacular. The apartment itself was furnished with most comfortable furniture and all the kitchen appliances, electric fan, washer and dryer perfect for longer stays. They also let us check out late with no additional cost. "

"very affordable price per night for the quality. also very close to skycity tower for people who like to gamble, enjoy good food. lcd television and clean bathroom. some four star hotels in auckland had a tube tv ( very old) and no walls for shower area, shower just hanging next to toilet."
