"Great location. It’s in the city center. Near baguio market and Harrison road. They’re very strict in terms of check in time unlike other hotels in baguio they did not allow us to check in even an hour before the check in time. It’s a smoke free property..as in no designated smoking area! Lol! if you’re a smoker,better find somewhere else. There’s no smoking area even in the vicinity."

"With a large group of family members (grandparents, children and grandchildren plus in-laws) visiting Baguio, I am afraid of not meeting their expectations especially on accommodation but Baguio Vacation Apartments more than meets our expectations (although the stairs are a bit tiresome to climb for the senior citizens). They have spacious bedrooms, dining, sala and kitchen (plus the use of gas, other kitchen equipment and utensils). Best of all the grounds infront made our family bonding worthwhile."

"This hotel is ideal for family or group of people travelling together. Location is good as well since it is near/accessible the main attractions in Baguio. You can also save money on food since you can cook your own food using their complete set of kitchen and dining facilities. You can maximize your vacation even just inside the hotel since the hotel rooms are fully equiped with entertainment facilities like tv with cable and free internet connection and within the hotel building, other amenities like gym, table tennis and billiards are available for use for guests, also for free. However, we found it annoying that while we are using the sports facilities, a group of men, who look like staff in the hotel/condominium, are waiting impatiently for their turn as they are making uncourteous noise and movements just to make us leave. We encountered this with the same group of men 2 times during our stay here. Going back to the room features, the rooms are also equiped with safety features such as electronic lock system, security cameras with monitor inside the room, smoke detectors, etc. For really cold season, taking a shower is not a challenge since the bathroom has a fully functional water heater installed in the shower. However, the faucet in the bathroom and kitchen sink have no heater so sometimes, we had a hard time using water from these sources. The beds and sofa are also comfortable. Extra mattress is available. Overall, we had a great time staying at thia hotel and will definitely consider staying here again on our next family vacation in Baguio. "

"We arrived at the vacation house an hour early before check in time and the staff on duty was kind enough to accomodate and allow us to have early check in. Location is good, near the public transportation. Room is comfy and basic kit was provided. Breakfast and accomodation are so good for a cheap price. The staffs are kind and quickly attend to our questions or needs. The vacation house is highly recommended and would book again when I return to Baguio."

" Peak point apartment is life saver for us, considering the peak season at the time we arrived,still they managed to give us a room,which makes easier for us. We traveled with 2 kids,so its kind hard to look for a hotel or Inn. Staff's were very accomodating at that time,kudos to all of them,very attentive, just need a little bit of improvement in their facilities, we'll it's understandable b'coz its a newly opened apartment, hope nextime breakfast is included. Overall everything is good, we'll definitely recommend this with our friends.. "

"While most of the accommodations in Baguio City were a bit old and traditional, RL Veranda Suites is one of the new and best that I've stayed in given the number of times I visited the place. It offers convenience and comfort. The place is similar to a low-rise condominium, studio type (complete with kitchenette, spacious room and CR) with veranda overlooking St. Louis University. The place is also walking distance to Good Taste Restaurant and Burnham Park. Thumbs up for the cleanliness of the room, towels and linens were also provided. We will definitely book this place again. Thank you for hosting us."

"Maganda yung place, basta sabihin nyo lang sa Taxi Rainbow Hills, Fairview. Medyo nakakalito lang ang daan pero nandyan namn ang google map. Yung may balcony kame at maganda naman yung mismong place with 2 bedrooms, with ref, heater, boiler, rice cooker, plate, paglutuan lahat lahat na. Yung tao doon sobrang bait kausap. Accessible nmn sa jeep rin pero til 8pm lang daw. "
