"We checked in at 3 am on 13 January 2018 .. The reception was a young chap. He knew very little English but he tried his best to translate using the phone. The check in was fast and smooth. He even guided us to our room. Room number 3130. The room was perfect. We got a suite so there was a partition. The kitchen has a stove on it, if you dont bring you pots and pants, u can borrow it from the reception (for free). The hotel is connected below at basement of the hotel to the metro called ( GONGYUANXIAN) so from the airport, if u happens to take the taxi because the timing is too late for public transport, just tell the taxi driver to go to the that train station. the next morning we met the new reception guy called Circle and he actually help us all the way from the second day to the last day. He was a great help to us. Nomo appartment has the best reception service and also Circle did make our trip in Guangzhou a nice and memorable one. "

"It had been hard to find a genuine non smoking room in China, we have been staying in Guzhen and another intl hotel in Guangzhou prior to Oakwood, however both hotels had failed in rated a non-smoking room as advertised as the rooms are heavilly smelled with ciggaretes smoke. Oakwood premier really walk the talk, the room is free from smoking smell plus the cleanliness is marvelous. A very classy reception and staff."

"Best location in Guangzhou, very centrally located with subway station very close by on the ground floor, The breakfast is always excellent with all inclusive choices. The food manager & captain constantly on the breakfast room to look after guests need, he even listened to my advice how to improve the morning fried egg delivery system immediately by telling the chef to implement the change....I was very impressed with the management attitude & policy. Front reception & cleaning services are both flawless. The room rate is very competitive to others & since I have been coming to this hotel in Guangzhou for last 4 years I have not found any other hotels nearby have this overall excellent qualities & convenience. I would highly recommend this hotel to others."

"I stayed one weekend in this flat serviced hotel. Being my first time staying in Ascott I had no clue what to expect from the hotel itself. It really went over my expectations that the room had everything I would need for cooking, wifi connection, a regular dining table. It is as they say your home away from home with a some details to complimentary bath gel, toothbrushes, etc. I only had one small hiccup when I had bought some DVDs in little guangzhou stores and they wouldn't play in the nice Bose DVD/CD system. Apparently you have to buy legit store dvds to have it played, in Guangzhou it is a bit hard to come by... and not very convenient. Maybe they should change the equipment or perhaps have their own DVD lending library in Ascott. Hotel location, around Taikoo shopping mall, one of the better upscale malls with an underground imported goods supermarket, a lot of late night dining restaurants around the area and very convenient for bars/nightlife and public transportation"

"The lift is jam with people. Whole apartment operate by various rental of room/units. Not a pleasant experience"

"This accommodation is in a very convenient location. The metro station is just underneath the building, very easy and cheap to travel around Guangzhou, including to the railway stations. It is also within walking distance of many attractions and shopping streets including the popular Beijing Road. The staff are friendly and helpful. "
