"it's extremely near to Central Festival Hat Yai, Greenway and Tesco Lotus. There is no breakfast provided, and there is no breakfast available within walking distance. The apartment has safe private car park and extremely quiet at night. It will be convenient if you have your own transport. The apartment only provide shampoo and shower gel only. The only drawback is I can hear clearly the steps and doors open/close."

Excellent facilities, very comfortable bed, cool air cond, polite staff & walkable distance to 7-11 convenient store, various of cheap with delicious food stalls & it nears behind street got a famous Hatyai grill & steamboat restaurant! "I used to live in Hat Yai and this hotel didn’t exist when I was there. My friend and I found that it would cost us the same to get a double room and share a bed (split the cost) as it would to each get an individual room. We went with the single room option which was great because it only cost us about $9 per night (approx 288 THB). Loft bed, living space with couch, TV, and desk as well as lots of floor space. A box up in the loft area to store luggage, closet with drawers, lots of floor space, plenty of power outlets, and a fairly good sized bathroom (for one person). Powerful air con in the room and since they were inside rooms with no windows, lovely and dark no matter the time of day. Good WiFi throughout the building. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a gym and communal kitchen on the second floor as well as a lounge area. I would say the only downsides are that if you want extra bedding or towels or pretty much anything besides the one towel, pillow, and terry cloth blanket, you have to rent them. Not a deposit that you will get back but actually paying extra for them. Also, the steps to get up into your bed are quite steep with no railing. A little inconvenient for middle of the night trips to the restroom. It is located just along the Khlong near the Phetkasem roundabout, which makes it a good location for going downtown and catching transportation. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!"

"pro: - near to the LED hub of the happening area after the border gate - ample of parking spaces - spacious room and toilet con: - it was not very clear if you can park at reserved parking spot or if the parking spot is for two car or one car(since all the car park on two parking lot). - reception is at block A and you better wish you stay at block D because thats nearer to the main street. anything beyond A is still a jungle and is under development - room is big but aircond only focus on the bed area so we tend to eat and sit on the bed, so some traveller might be messy and stain might run deep into the bed. - each block doesnt have a reception area, and you dont need a key to open the main door, so security can be a concern - the design of the toilet shows that the furniture fixture team wasnt using their heads, the toilet sink faucet handle is under the mirror and is blocked when you try to open it full. the sink itself is already too tall by other hotel i been to, and the mirror is too high because of this adjustment. - to turn on the shower there is so many water valve and the one that controls the water is so close to the wall that turning it on and off is not so easy as it is facing the wall. - there is the normal shower head and the rain shower above your head. but based on the piping layout the rain shower incoming water by pass the water heater and uses the direct water and the shower head is through the water heater. i was wondering why the hot water wasnt working when i flip it to the rain shower head until i follow the piping and realise what a silly mistake they made."

"A new hotel, spacious, clean, friendly services. Socket adapter, hair dryer provided upon request. No escalator, but I stayed on 3rd floor, still fine. The hotel is quite far from city center, however, hotel counter will help to request Tuk Tuk (Thailand Taxi) to everywhere you want. "
