"The Reverie Residence is without doubt the finest hotel / serviced apartment facility in Ho Chi Minh and I hesitate to say in all of Vietnam. It is quite simply exquisite in the level of detail of the property facilities and the staff service is outstanding. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. I thought Park Hyatt Saigon was Number 1 but I have changed my mind 100% after direct comparisons between the 2 properties."

"Situated in a quaint neighbourhood away from the hustle bustle. Good for travellers who appreciate and prefer a quiet environment with lesser crowds compared to a general city hotel. well equipped apartment style , clean, fresh and new! Not too much of a problem travelling to district one ( USD2-3) . I was shared that more Europeans, Koreans and Japanese guest check in to the property’s. But overall staff are really friendly! Helpful! Pool, steam room , sauna , fitness centre and resident lounge are really an added feature! Thanks for the nice gesture of the welcome in d room for my birthday! "

"This is fantastic accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartments are huge with great facilities, modern and extremely clean. There is a nice pool area with jacuzzi. There are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and we caught a taxi for less than £3 to the market however we did also walk this in around 25 mins. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Far much cheaper than other comparable hotels. Nonetheless, I wouldn't say "service is satisfying for the given price", but "service is satisfying by itself". I don't normally write these kind of feedback, but writing this one as I was completely satisfied with all aspects. Location is somewhat far from the downtown, so I give 4 out of 5 for the location. However, I don't think 20-30 more minutes to get to the downtown is not that much for travelers, as you will spend most of the time there, and won't come back to the hotel during the daytime. Plus, if you want to stay near the Korean town, this hotel is one of the best option you can have."

"After a memorable taxi (? Yes, we were duped by a fake one), it was refreshing to book in so calmly. Our apartment was immaculately clean and it set the tone for a lovely short stay in Ho Chi Minh city. The staff were most helpful, the breakfasts were really good, the pool was most appreciated. "This was a nice place to relax and rest in a busy place of Ho Chi Minh City. Stayed here 3 nights. The room was very nice, cozy and spacious as seen in the photos. The bed and bathroom were extremely clean, comfortable and satisfied. Excellent breakfast dining in higher floor- many various choices of meals. Staff was very friendly, helpful and serving the guest with professionalism. Every staff member spoke English well; Manager Jenny was especially kind and wonderful. I would definitely go back to this hotel again if visiting Ho Chi Minh City as it was superb value for money, comfortable and friendly staff."

"We stayed in 1 bedroom unit for 3 days from 28th Oct. The security was good as security guard would check every floor regularly and you have to have key card accessing a door before getting access to unit door. The room was clean and spacious. There was glass installed on bathtub to prevent water spreading but one time my head almost hit on it when eyeglassess weren't worn during shower ( I guess elderly or those with eye problem may also need to be careful of that). All staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a day tour through local travel agent but next day the tour bus didn't come as scheduled. The receptionist proactively helped call the local agent to make sure we didn't miss the tour. If wanted to go to those sightseeing spots in city by taxi just told the receptionist and he would speak to the taxi driver in Vietnamese to make sure that you will go to the right place. No breakfast was available but the 'banh mi thit nuong'/ 'banh mi cha' sold by a local lady around the corner was yummy (&honestly charged same as local! lol) and there're more restaurants just 2 mins walk further. Check out was quick and easy. Overall, it was a good stay in Ho Chi Minh City."

"Good pleasant stay in Ho Chi Minh City Suitable for group of friend or family Cozy apartment, we rent a 3 bedrooms apartment with 3 bathrooms Kitchen with all necessary utensils 5 to 10 minutes walk to City Hall and shopping 15 to 20 minutes walk to Ben Than Market & Notre Dame Cathedral & City Post Office Shops and restaurants surrounded mainly Japanese Mini Mart next to lobby area"
