"Stayed only for one night but very staisfied. Booked 2 rooms with interconnecting door. Mainly due to room size which size is quite generous, each bathroom got bathtub and best location to explore Ipoh city. Also we got complimentary parking at lower floors. Tried the swimming pool and quite like it, not too big or too deep. Bfast is also not bad and hotel staffs were very helpful. Recommended to all. "

"I would describe this as a 5 star dorm/heaven for backpackers.Super comfortable,spacious mattress,with nice pillows,private curtain for own privacy,great hot shower and well equipped toilet,with own locker to put your luggage.Everything is well thought of.Downstairs is a cafe with great food and desserts.Excellent thing is the location is right in the heart of old town,where all the main attraction is walking distance.Train station is just 5 minutes walking.Of all these awesome amenities,the best thing during my stay is the generosity of the owner.I had a terrible headache,and he helped me to buy dinner and medicine,that I thought of utmost kindness of an owner of a guesthouse can be,that beats the service of a 5 star hotel.Great hospitality that is rare nowadays.I highly recommend to stay here,and definitely will stay here in Ipoh in the future.Thank you so much!😀"

"This is a perfect stay in Ipoh, I am glad I've made a good choice of having Meru Suites at Meru Valley Resort. We very much enjoyed our stay here. From the moment we drove in the main gate, warm welcome are everywhere in the resort. Guard at main entrance leaded us to check in once our booking being confirmed through list, then having checking in at office with welcome drink being served during checking in. After check in was done, they leaded us to the beautiful villa. Thank you everyone we met that being so friendly to us. I wanted to thank Meru Valley Resort for upgrading my booking to villa, a beautiful villa that felt like home sweet home. Facility are completed inside the villa with kitchen and washing machine, ironing board and clotheshorse.We fell in love at first sight. Well designed and cleaned, comfortable bedding.. greenery view with fresh air. This resort is a bit away from Ipoh town, located in a greenery valley. Just nice for those who wants to escape from hassle. "

"The apartment we stayed was a 3-rooms apartment fully furnished and easily can accommodate 5 adults. Clean rooms and everything is still new. A smaller room can only fit in an adult to be comfortable. It was a short walking distance to 'Nga Choy Kei' Beansprout Chicken shops and famous confectioneries shops. The only tiny problem was the receptionist area was hard to find, it was located inside the property showroom area next to the lift lobby. If you are driving in, one free car park per apartment (car park entrance is located at the back and 4th Floor onwards). Definitely will consider again if we planned to visiting Ipoh again"

"Very nice place... I might say it was my best stay ever in Ipoh! The owner was very kind #ThanksRavi and also the staffs at the reception counter was very helpful too. I personally recommend this stay to who ever needs a walking distances to the nearest eateries e.g. the famous Tong Sui Kai (Dessert Street), chicken rice bean sprout restaurants, the dim sum restaurants and the shops that sells salted chickens and local biscuits for souvenirs. Thumbs up for a superb place to stay in Ipoh. Thank you very much for a great hospitality! "

"Awesome place! just at the center of ipoh town. walking distance to famous local foods & ipoh parade. the owner gave tips to the 8th floor view, was incredible at night! good for photo enthusiastic. manage to catch up with owner while he was nearby for some errands, great guy! if you came down to ipoh don't miss this place! can save you some grab/taxi money! hehe"
