"This Hotel was a big surprise in many respects. Very central and very quiet location. Rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff very helpfull. The Park around is just very beautiful. Enough parking lots. This hotel can easily compare to Hotels that cost 3 times more. Just everything was perfect. Value for Money is top. I will definately come back when ever I am in Khon Kaen on business. Thanks a lot to all the staff."

"We stayed two nights in the two bedroom suite. It was comfortable with a queen and king size bed. Both rooms have their own bathroom. There was a living room in the center of the two rooms. The kitchenette was not stocked with dishes aside from mugs (probably reducing COVID cleaning procedures). We loved that there was a big park (4km around the entire lake). Food options were minimal (maybe we didn’t know where to look) but it’s ok because we had grab and food panda on our phones. No trouble getting food delivered to the hotel. Staff was very nice and the lobby received the food for me (just left money with the receptionist). The air conditioners worked in every room. Bathroom had no weird odor. The bed was comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay. "

"Transportation is available on site. You can choose either taxi or rent motorbike there (Cheaper than outside, I checked) The staffs are friendly and try to satisfy my request. Hotel is close to airport, Khon Kaen University, and not far from Central Plaza (shopping mall). Inside the room is clean. big bed, clean bathroom. I like the view outside balcony. More importantly, the price is very cheap compare to other hotel around that area. I would recommended. "

"I accidentally went to Khon Kaen. Literally, by accident: I got on the wrong bus. However, I stayed for more than a week: because of this hotel! I've been traveling for 2 months, and this is by far the best quality/price combination I've come across in my travels. The staff are super friendly, the hotel is super clean, the breakfast is made-to-order and very tasty, the room is very big and modern, etc. The location is also great: just a 10 minute walk to a large shopping center, and plenty of local food on the way there. The reception (ladies) should learn more about customers service like I have seen her smile . But a good thing is close to the hospital that all. "

"Actually this place is not a hotel but a residence. I think there will be not a lot of people to stay in Khon Kaen over a month like me. But in this case it is good. Only for $200 you can rent the room for a month. Each time for cleaning or laundry, you have to pay 200 baht. You can walk from here to Khon Kaen University. But to the city center, you should take a tuktuk. Two bad things are there is no restaurant in here and I saw cockroaches several times. "

"Very nice room, very clean, good AC, very good shower. The staff is very nice and speak good english The building looks brand new and the interior pond full of carps is beautiful. Will return in my next trip to Kon Kaen."

"our 2nd stay here. this time arrived early on early morning flight. my ride was late so I walked from khon kaen airport arrivals taxi entrance in 20 minutes with rolling suitcase and carry-on. am a senior so 20 or 30 somethings will easily beat this time. hotel was full and normal check-in is 2pm but owner went out of his way to get the first available room ready for me 1/2 hour which I really appreciated after 2 days travelling from Canada. room large and very clean. everything worked. good signage at main road in front. now the street to property is paved. small market, many small restaurants and lotus mini, big c mini, and 7-11 short walk or drive away. adequate parking but if driving careful of blind corner driving out to street . owner checked me in/out very fast. no deposit for room. I plan to stay here again when at khon kaen far from downtown but if no car 1 option is walk back to airport and take the bus. info located on lower level by escalator "
