"My husband and I chose Hyde Park Executive Apartments for the location and the price. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but it was the perfect spot for 2.5 days of sight seeing in London. The hotel room/studio/apartment is simple but newish/modern, very spacious and clean so it suited us fine. Our room was located on the ground floor but it was tucked away and very quiet. Sure, the bed wasn't a king size bed but queen / double sized beds in Europe tend to be smaller in general so we had already expected this so it was fine. You are not paying a 5 star star price so don't expect 5 star accommodation. We had a car with us but as we didn't want to use it in London, we simply parked it in the public car park on the next street for the 2 days and only travelled on foot , bus or train. The station and bus stops were easily accessible from the hotel. Overall, this hotel was extremely good value for money considering we would normally stay at a 4/5 stay place but decided that it just wasn't worth it in London. This hotel was decent and we were very pleased with it. "

"We stayed in a Large Studio which we were able to get at a discounted price via Agoda. Pros: Fantastic location; it is walking distance from the rail, underground, British Museum, British Library, and a variety of places to eat. The building is among a row of hotels with a pleasant green right in front of it. The room was spotless when we arrived. It had a freezer, refrigerator, hair dryer, and television. It was also stocked with all the toiletries we needed, plus more: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dishwashing liquid, razor and shaving cream, a shoe polish kit, and a vanity kit. The water from the tap was hot. The room was quiet; no noise from the neighboring rooms. The neighborhood itself is a quiet, residential area, with many university students, since it is near the University College London and other colleges of the University of London. Cons: The shower stall is about the size of a telephone booth. Our room was at the top floor and, typical of London hotels/apartments housed in older buildings, the building didn't have a lift, so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again if we got it at a similar price. "

"This a great budget hotel located near Queensway/ Bayswater, which means you have 2 great tube lines to choose from. Plenty of buses around to get you to the city if you don't want to take the tube. Hyde park is just 5-10 minutes walk away. Loads of eateries around. I usually live in this area when I visit London, and so far I feel this hotel is very good for the price. It's quiet which is good because I live in other hotel in this area and I always find it difficult to sleep due to their paper thin wall. As it is an apartment hotel, it provide tableware, cutlery, toaster, fridge, microwave oven, iron, ironing board and a kettle. It has "rain shower" which is pretty impressive. Toilet is modern and clean. The only thing that irks me is that there is no sign for reception or the name of the hotel which makes me feel that they are running an airbnb instead of a well reputable hotel. I don't have any regrets but I do hope that they will put up a sign that say Imperial Court Suites. "

"The hotel is brand new, with small, quiet rooms which are nonetheless efficiently designed with good function and a chic taste appealing to young travelers. Check-in & out procedure is very slick due to a good ERP system. Young staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is highly convenient for both sightseeing and business. "

"We booked our room not long before arriving and requested a late check in. The staff were still very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Our room wasn't big but it was clean and of a high standard. The character of the room with the chimney breast was lovely and the decoration/lighting embraced this character. The kitchen section of the room was very small. Just tucked in near the bed but it had everything you needed should you want to use the room for self catering. Overall I would happily spend another night here on a one night only basis. The hotel has good transport links to London Bridge from south Bermondsey station. "

"This was our 3rd stay and the best. All the staff - reception, lettings office and room servicing - were helpful and pleasant. When a few things in our room needed attention and there was a little delay in fixing them, the lettings office promptly agreed with my suggestion of a room change. No extra charge even though it was a bigger room. They even let me use one of their computers to print our boarding passes. And storage of our large amount of luggage for 1/2 a day when we checked out was no problem. On this occasion, the personable and caring attitude of tne staff at the Cloisters added to our overall enjoyment of London!"
