"I was very satisfied with the aparthotel. It was a much better choice than staying in a hotel since hotels in Paris are ridiculously expensive. This place is also perfect since it is close to two metro stations, the Eiffel Tower, and there is a large Monoprix and smaller Carrefour Express really close by, so you can go grocery shopping very easily. In addition, the apartment itself has all the essentials (stocked kitchen, modern bathroom, iron and ironing board, and safe. I would definitely stay here again! "

"perfect location for our 1 day stay before going on to other parts of france. the hotel is located just across the seine & within walking distance of the fashionable st germain des pres quarter; a short stroll to notre dame and pont neuf. staff were friendly and helpful with airport shuttle & taxi information prior to our departure for france. it was no trouble for them to take delivery of rail tickets posted from within france for us prior to our arrival. room was smallish but clean and the added bonus of a kitchen area enabled us to purchase local food and heat up. breakfast was an optional extra which was well worth it - hot and cold breakfast foods served in the "glasshouse" dining area was of a high standard. a convenient pick up point for our paris 2 cv tour."

"We had a short but memorable trip to Paris. Several of our group for the first time in Paris. The team at Frasier Suites La Defense are super nice and responsive. The suite was roomy and very clean and had everything needed for our group of 10. The front desk team arranged for cake and balloons to celebrate my daughter’s birthday in Paris—a wonderful memory she will never forget! Special thank you to Clara, Kristi, Marie, Bertrand and Imene for making our stay so unforgettable."

"The room was very cleaned and tidy, 2 bathroom quite big compared with the standard of Paris hotels, one with the shower and the main with the bath. Little kitchen fully equipped with absolutely everything and very very clean. We have a little dog and we could leave her in the rooms while we were going to Disneyland which was amazing since dogs are not allowed in the park. Shuttle service to the park is very efficient, you just go to the reception and state you need to go to Disneyland and in less than 5 minutes you are on the way and you will be dropped right in front of the entrance of the park after 5 minutes trip (if you go with your car you will park quite far away and you will walk for 20 minutes more or less before reaching the entrance) to go back to the hotel you call in in 5 minutes or less your transfer is there. Spa is nice but we were usually coming back quite late from Disneyland so we enjoyed just the pool and sauna (kids under 16 not allowed). RACCOMENDED! Amazing staff"

"The hotel in general was good, good value for money. The room is like home style where u may find a small pantry to cook some easy food that you could get from the supermarket nearby. I would recommend it if you are budget traveler in Paris. Location is good, just 3 minutes walk to the metro station. The only thing I was disappointed was that no wifi in the room, but just at the hotel lobby. "

"I really like CitizenM and when I have a layover that's usually where I stay. But I've never had a layover on CDG before and it took me forever to find out how to get the CSGVAL. I arrived late in the evening and during corona, so the airport was a mess. Would have been great to have a little map or something from the hotel telling me how to get out there 😊"
