"One of my favourite hotel in Penang. Staff is friendly and helpful. Even their sucurity guard is so helpful. When they saw my wife required a wheel chair, he brought it to my car which was parked at the front entrance. Helped us until we reached our room. Thank you so much. "

"Firstly, I had stayed at this hotel together with my family members from 15 to 20 May 2019 and I must say that this hotel really made us feel like home. Not only are our apartments very spacious which provides us with more than enough space to place our belongings and also walk around comfortably but our apartments were also very clean and tidy. The simple wooden design of our apartments also gave us a very relaxing vibe. Most importantly, every apartment comes with a living room, a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom which is hard to find in Penang at an affordable price. Secondly, this hotel is being situated in George Town which makes travelling to many must visit places in the vicinity so much convenient. We are all very impressed with the automated carpark system in this hotel as well (the first of its kind in Penang). Lastly, the staff members working in this hotel were all very polite and friendly during our stay there. Will definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again =D"

"The room is definitely more than fine! The only unsatisfactory is the lifts not working well. Majority lifts unable to close the door/not moving down to parking’s floor. It spent me around 15 mins just for waiting the lifts. Management need to take good maintenance of it."

To add the host, Wecky is also very much prepared for visitor with the candies and water she prepares. Almost feels like at a hotel but with a better room."

"I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Hotel- I often travel to Penang and have stayed in quite a variety of places- I would say this is one of the best and for a good price. Easy to reach by bus. Pool usually good- fitness center was closed for repair. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. I'd recommend it and come again!"
