The hotel staff from bell boy, front desk and restaurant, they were friendly and very responsive to my enquires. Although the food was not much choices but taste so good. I would come back to stay in this hotel if I travel to Phnom Penh again!"

"When you combine location, service, room quality and price, this is the best hotel in Phnom Penh. I always get the “one bedroom apartment” because it’s huge and comes with a washing machine and a rack to dry your clothes on the porch. And the Lux staff are just the best!"

"The hotel is a good hotel with the basic essentials you would expect in a hotel of this rating. The staff are very friendly. Their English is limited so make sure you speak slowly and put an emphasis on key words to ensure they understand you. The breakfast is a buffet-type breakfast. The food that they present is the same each day, however, I my view, it is a wide enough cuisine to satisfy the taste of most nationalities. I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the heart of Phnom Penh. "

"Our first time in Phnom Penh, we were a little concerned driving through the back streets to our hotel. The Orussey One Hotel is a modern building in an older part of town. The facilities were excellent and WiFi was amazing. The staff couldn't do enough to help, and we quickly formed a bond with 3 lovely young staff members. Kim Lida, Naroth and Thong Sok Kin became our go-to people for information and assistance. We were lucky to meet them. The only downside was the out-sourced massage fro Rashana Massage. After travelling on planes, boats and buses for a few days, we treated ourselves to a massage. The ladies come to your room, which was fine. About 3/4 of the way through the massafe, both ladies went to the bathroom to wash their hands. The door closed and we just thought they needed to use the facilities. Unfortunately for us, they went through our toiletries bags and stole my perfume. We had locked everything else in the safe. Don't use this service!"
