"Would like to compliment Ishikawa-san (the staff) who on duty in the early morning around 0530-0600 on 17 Feb 2020. We had problem finding taxi to Sapporo Station to catch JR to airport as outside was too cold and heavy snow that time. He tried his best to communicate in English with us and as we had lots of luggage, he is so kind to fetch one of us to Sapporo Station and help us talk to taxi driver over there to go over hotel to take the remaining of us. When taxis arrive, he without hesitation immediately manually shovel away all snow and create a more easier and nearer walkway for us to board taxi. Such warm, friendly, genuine gesture and attitude that Ishikawa-san had really worth to be complimented and noticed by everyone especially the hotel management. Arigato Ishikawa-san for your assistance and friendly help render to us. Deeply appreciate and your hotel should be proud to have you in their team!! Kudos! "

"Pros: - Less than 10 minute walk to Susukino Station - Facilities are very clean and new - Owner speaks great English and has good recommendations for sightseeing/food - Owner was very genuine and friendly - Room was spacious, with various facilities (cooking equipment, washing machine, fridge/freezer, etc.) - Location is close to all the action in downtown Sapporo, with easy access to the transit lines to travel outside of the city core - Check-in was quick and easy Cons - None Verdict: - It's the perfect place to stay for families or group travellers. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Sapporo."
