"The room (1 bedroom suite) was very nice and well laid out for a couple. The location is good as there is less traffic in this area of Tagaytay unless you want to go towards the rotunda and main area of restaurants you have to deal with the traffic going there. You need to give your licence to the guard on the way in and it is a long windy road to the reception so you could get lost especially at night. There is no parking available for guests so you have to park on the roadside which is safe as it is in the Crosswinds gated village, however if there are a lot of people staying you may have to walk a long way to the reception. They did not offer valet. The restaurant Cafe Voi-La at the hotel (you need to drive back outside the gates) has a very good, although small, menu. Reception staff were good. I would stay again if it was not a busy weekend in Tagaytay and was not eating at the other side past the rotunda."

"The place was nice. I think, due to the pandemic, they have reduced their workforce, thus the service was just okay. I like the family building, because it's where me and my family enjoyed bowling, and swimming, but still the facilities there were not at its best. The receptionist at the main accommodation building made us fill-up Health Declaraton Form even if I told him we already filled them up online, which I think defeats the purpose of having it online/digital so there will be less contact.. The rooms were nice and big, with good air-conditioning, and very nice view (could have been better if it wasn't rainy) Plus the bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable.. perfect for relaxation, and a very worthwhile rest. All in all, our stay was good, especially because my mom, and my nephews enjoyed - even uttering they'd want to come back soon."

"We booked ahead of time, online. The receptionist couldnt find our name. She even made us pay in cash when we are charged by card upon booking online. We waited so long in the lobby. The children age 9 and 10months old were already irritated.we couldnt go to the room at that time because of the long process made by the @*!# receptionist. Also there were 2 male employees shouting w/ each other at the hotel front not minding that there were many guests at that time in the lobby and those waiting in the car in front of the hotel."

"The LAKE VIEW that can be seen from the room was THE BEST PART! The host is easy to communicate with. The staff are friendly. The room is super clean and complete. Easy access to nearby attractions. Everything is perfect except there's no wifi and signal is poor in the room. But overall, it was a good experience. We'll be back surely."

"This is the second time I booked this unit and I’m sure it won’t be the last. The hosts are responsive and accomodating, they give clear instructions as to the terms of your stay. Kuya Ric the caretaker is responsive and attends to your inquiries and needs. The unit has a great view of the lake and the tower is near a supermarket, Mcdonalds and one of the most beautiful Starbucks in Tagaytay is just a five minute walk. "
