"The room, bed and bathroom were clean. Furniture, toilet seat, rug and bathroom tiles are a bit worn out. Temperature swings in room, some food smell on the hallway and a litte in the room (through the air conditioning), had luck and got a room with a balcony. All in all great for the money we paid (53 euros) and you can tell the hotel was 4 stars but has since aged a bit. We enjoyed it, it was alright for an overnight in Vienna. The men receptionists were friendly, the lady receptionist could barely open her mouth, let alone smile. Not a good choice for interacting with the public. Also, overpriced breakfast buffet. We would, however, recommend it for a short stay, comfortable and clean. "

"Vienna has few apartment house. If you search them, usually hit are old fashioned small historical apartment. But Adagio is different. This is a clean and very functional apartment house like Bangkok or Singapore. Of course, no service like luxury hotel, but if it is not your concern, here is for you. Room is very functional. Bed is fordable into the wall, so if you want to use room as office or living, it is best. Some opinion says that the bed mat is too hard, but for us Japanese, this was no problem. Recommend."

"Nice location: a bit outside of the center of the city but still very easy to reach the main locations via tram. It was nice that it was in a quiet part of Vienna a bit away from the touristy parts. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Rooms could use irons (but that's just my though as a business traveler). Other than that, the rooms were terrific. Mini bar service (2 beers and 2 waters daily) was perfect. Very good value for the money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"The City Stay Apartment is a great place to stay in the heart of Vienna with walking distance to St Stephens Cathedral. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might require for your stay. I will definitely book it in the future as well."

"Had a fabulous stay in Vienna. Superb accommodations, super clean and modern, brilliant location, just steps from all the metro and tram lines. The staff was incredibly helpful in anything we needed, recommending restaurants and making sightseeing plans. The complimentary water and beer, and even occasional pastry was a wonderful bonus. This is a superior hotel, we were very pleased with our stay there. I highly recommend it. "

"it's just 2 minutes walk from the train station. the apartment is modern and clean. we love the kitchen, it got everything we need. there are some interesting restaurants arround. supermarket is 7minutes walk. and it's quiet. we love it. "
