"Extra careful during check out, if they asked you to leave house key and access card inside the house, don’t do it. I suggest you give the key and access card to their staff directly and snap picture during returning it or do video recording because last time i left key and access card inside the room as their staff asked me to, 500,000idr been deducted from my acc two days after that. They said it was for missing key and access card and when i told them that I left the key and access card inside the house and locked the house before i go. They ask for photo to prove it. And during my stay not even one time they come for cleaning, so for 4 days and 3 nights with same blankets and towels. Oh ya no iron inside the house, air conditioning also not working so well too. I did text their staff but no reply. Too bad because this building got a very nice swimming pool, this is my second time staying in that building because we love the swimming pool. Will go to other place after this. Thanks"

"It was a great stay. The place was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. The only thing that we couldn't able to use was the electric stove. Somehow we were not able to operate it. But overall it was a great experience. Thank you. "
