The room is very rundown, look old and filthy. There is no tissue paper or towel in the room. The staff is very poorly trained, one of the worst services I’ve seen in years.

our room was stincking the urine”
Awful, First, they misgiven with the room, and try to give us a room without window. After they gave us a room that was stincking urine. They first gave us a deodorant... As we were complaining, they made a fast cleaning of the toilets but without any product, so the result was non existent... The meal is quiet poor... A very bad night!

In need of a refurb”
Stayed here 8 years ago and again recently and nothing has changed since then probably not even the bed sheets. Food is terrible and its down a terrible part of road, staff are unwilling to help and English is limited. For how busy this place is as limited places to stay in the area it could be lots better. Enjoy the 3 hours sleep and leave.

Albergo molto spartano ma caratteristico”
Albergo molto spartano ma caratteristico, posizione perfetta per raggiungere lo ijen di notte. Se infatti desiderate fare la salita al vulcano considerate che ci starete poche ore e i dintorni sono molto carini. Lo consiglierei!
