Great hotel, under 100 meters to the ocean with some good restaurants on the oceanfront. 7/11 on the corner for all your nightly munchie needs. Probably the best hotel in the area, and for this price, an absolute steal. I planned only to stay one night, but decided to extend my stay. They have a restaurant on the first floor, I didn't expect much, but I have to say, they have the best food I have had in Thailand so far. The thaifood was great, and the western food they serve is better than what I have had in Europe. No, they did not pay me to write this. I had a little accident on the stairs, managed to fracture my heel, the care I got was better than what I have had at most doctors offices. Seriously, don't browse any more, just book this place.

Modern and comfortable clean rooms, good aircon and wifi and comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and easy check in. Very close to beach, restaurants, bars and seven eleven close by. I will stay here again!

Puzzled by previous reviews”
It is a very old building with very old furniture. Our room smelt damp and foisty. The bedside lamps very old but more important had bad connections. Water on floor coming from somewhere, I suspect the Air Con. The Air Con did not cool much. Mould in the old shower unit and no hot water at all. I did not sleep due to the bad smell and wish I had forfeited the money and left soon after arriving

It was a fabulous one night stay in this beautiful, affordable, clean and friendly place. The manager and the staff of the apartment was very helpful in providing us all the facilities and information. Very kind staff. Very nice owner and staff. The best breakfast i have had in recent times. Excellent location away from noise at the main road. Check your room for any odour from the bathroom before accepting as another room may be better.

Everything is ok except smelly water/toilet system. There is a restaurant downstairs where we had breakfast and dinner. Food and price are acceptable.

The entire building smelled moldy. Our toilet was broken. We didn’t have hot water. There was no view whatsoever. (I didn’t mind it but just fyi.) There wasn’t really any staff, just one old man at the lobby. Location was good. Near the beach. Near 7/11z

Exceptional”
I was in the Junior room. The facilities were good but it was dark and spooky. Also the smell of mould coming out of the aircon unit was horrible. I had a very comfortable sleep though as it was quiet and the bed was good. The restaurant was closed but it's maybe 50mtrs to 7-11 and about 80mtrs to the beach.

Einfach aber sauber”
Wir haben eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an der Küste gesucht; und gefunden. Die Hinterhoflage stellte sich als ruhig heraus. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich. Zum Strand muss man über eine, tagsüber belebte, Straße. Dafür gebt es jede Menge kleine Restaurants. Trotz vorgerückter Stunde, wir waren dann schon die letzten Gäste haben wir gut und günstig gegessen.
