Really value your money ”
Room is really nice, clean and quite big. There's a parking right in front of your room. Bathroom is good, it's another thing that surprises me. There's a local market where U can food and drinks just across the street. And a convenient store in a walking distance. If U're looking for a place for just a night stop, totally recommend this one.

No reception on calls / Itchy bed and blanket.”
Tried to call hotel many times from 8pm til midnight for late check-in of reserved room. No reception, no call back, no response, nothing at all. Thought the hotel was out of service. On arrival by ringing the door bell, she was there the reception. The room was okay but the bed / blanket / bed sheet are so itchy probably because of dust mites; I don't know but could not sleep well through all night. Very bad experience and will not back to this hotel again. Bad Bad Bad itchy bed.

Bad mannered receptionist ”
Receptionist received my 500 baht as deposit but very aggressively refused to give a receipt. She argued with me in bad faith until her boss finally stepped in and asked her to give a receipt. The air con was so old it took about 3 hours or more to finally cool down the room. It is 8 km away from the Robinson Bowin, I don't recommend motorcyle ride to hotel, road is real horrible due to construction and dust. You absolueltely need a vehicle to stay at this hotel.

Excellent resort with friendly professional staff”
Had a comfortable relaxing stay. Staff were great at telling us about best local attractions. We had a quiet, comfortable, clean room. The resort is modern and well decorated. There are two disadvantages, the resort is about 50km inland from Pattaya (I thought I had booked a resort in Rayong City, not a place close to Pattaya) and not easy to find, plus it has no swimming pool. Otherwise our 4-day stay was flawless!

I hate to let anyone know how much I enjoyed my stay here because it's such a great secret. The service is excellent, the room is fresh and new and unlike many Thai resorts/hotels, the furniture is pine and smells so fresh! The landscaping is well thought out, and there is attention to detail everywhere. Great bathroom--nice, dark non-slip tiles. And the food is great! Well priced, too. (But please don't tell the owner. I don't want the prices to rise before I leave.) If you like buying and eating your snack food in bulk, there is a huge store just next door. You don't have to go far. :)

Good value for money if you are visiting the industrial park”
The hotel is located between Amata city and Eastern Seaboard industrial park. Very convenient for short stay. Area surrounding is not exactly 5 star but is convenient for travelers with own transport. There is a Tesco Lotus extra nearby and food can be found within 5 minutes drive at Borwin town or Saphan Si. Overall, excellent and quiet place with clean room and good internet access. Nothing to complain if you don't want to pay twice the price at C-residence.

The hotel is very new. Room is clean and parking is just in front of the rooms like motel in US. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not of buffet type but it is nicely served. The hotel is quit remote and may only suitable for those self drived.

Very clean and good value for money, reception staff speak good English. Would definitely go there again. I have marked the facilities as good, because as I have back problems, the only extra thing I would like to see provided is an armchair in the room to relax in while watching TV. It's not ideal sitting on the bed or the stool they provide.
