Great place to stay rooms are clean it is close to all the tourist attraction.staff are the best I have ever come across in Thailand and I've been coming for over 20 years will be booking for next year do not hesitate booking this accomadation

Great location, great service”
It is a small resort, with seven rooms. The rooms are all at the swimming pool. The pool is nice and clean, so are the rooms. With a shortcut it is only 2 minutes walk to the floating market. The service is amazing. During the day they provide you with coffee or tea, a fresh coconut and some fruit, all for free. The breakfast is also very good. I can advice everybody to go there.

the best experience i have had. They really have the customers at the heart of their service. we were waiting for songtharew to see the train market. they are afraid thart we waited too long, their boss suddenly appeared and drove us there. I never expect a hotel could do that. the welcoming coconut is nice. don't forget to have dinner at the pool side. it could be ordered from the hotel and serve outside the room, much better than having dinner at amphawa market which was crowded. swimming in the pool just outside the room was fun. there is design in the deco and can see how the owners care about all these.

Wonderful stay”
The staff treated us like personal guests, walking us to nearby destinations, bringing us delicious snacks, and helping us with anything we needed. The saltwater pool was very pleasant, and the location was very convenient for walking to lots of food options. And all the breakfast options were delicious. Even my kids were ordering the grilled fish breakfast on our last day. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

A gem just steps from Amphawa ”
The staff and owner of this resort are the embodiment of Thai hospitality at its best. When coming to a place like Amphawa, authenticity, location and convenience should be right at the top of one's planned stays. You can hardly do better than Ardea Resort for all these aspects. I can't say enough good things about the staff and owner and how they made us feel at home. Breakfast was wonderful, cooked fresh to order.

5 mins walk to floating market”
The facilities is quiet, clean, basic. But staff are attentive, friendly and warm. It’s a great place to relax. There is a small pool. The market is just behind the resort. Staff are always looking out for to attend and help you. We enjoyed our stay there. Room is abit small. Not much space to put your stuff, but good enough.

We were very surprised by the level of service received by the staff, often unexpected. To make an example, we arrived late (10pm) yet we received welcome drinks, coconuts and gingers. Staff is very friendly and do all it is possible to provide an excellent welcoming experience

Amazing Staff !”
What a gem of a find. The service from all the staff who work here was equal to any 5 star accommodation we have stayed at. Having just stayed at the 5* Verdana Resort in a beachfront villa in Cha Am, the service overall here was much better. Rooms of a great standard and a quirky inflatable in the long , not too deep pool, added to the overall experience. If you're ever in the area, give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.

I booked Ardea Pool Villa because of other reviewer recommendations. My first impression was how staff so friendly and helpful. Once you are arrived you are sure well taken care of they make you feel like home (for me is better than home lol). They were bringing fresh coconut for us to drink, snacks through out the day. Morning breakfast was excellent! We were given choice of american breakfast or shrimp congee. We have tried both and both were delicious! The breakfast served outside of your room. The owner "Dea" also came to greet us and make sure we are well taken care of. We thanked him for recommending local sea food restaurant. We would like to thanks all staffs for taking good care of us! For resort location is also perfect because it located near the end of floating market. You can walk from the resort and start your adventure in just less than a minute!! There is parking for cars if you drive. The place pretty safe. Overall I would recommend Ardea Resort to anyone!!

Must try, Extremely high quality living quality and service ”
This is a small family owned resort. But the owner make many details like a four star hotel. Clean room and good bed with four pillows. You even get safety locker and varieties of free minibar. We get coconuts as welcome drink. Night milk for the children. The breakfast was arranged in the door table, you see the pool and enjoy breakfast in your private area, very delicious. The owner even pick us for dinner and to minivans station while checking out for free. The quality and service we get is outstanding, especially when you consider the reasonable price. Finally, amphawa on weekday is a very quiet place, you can enjoy the calm atmosphere. If you want to see the fireflies, you can rent a private boat for just 500baht price, the experience is awesome for my kids.

We had very good stay in Ardea Resort Pool Villa. Clean and quiet environment, hotel location is very close to the floating market. The owner is very nice and helpful, he suggests picking up us while I re-confirm hotel booking by phone. It is good arrangement when i was travel with my father and mother. The staff is extraordinary nice.

My family travels quite often and rarely am I motivated to give such a rave review to a hotel, but Ardea has totally earned my praise. The location was perfect -- very, very close to the floating market and yet quiet and peaceful. The staff was kind and incredibly helpful, our rooms were lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean, and breakfast was delicious. A total delight.
