Staying in the hotel is great. Although its an old hotel, but they maintain it very well. Cleam room, clean bed, cozy room, sound proof from outside, AC is great. I had a well sleep during my last stay in the hotel.

when I book this hotel, and saw the price that they offer, I didn't have any high expectation. when I came, the lobby not to bright, a bit dark, and looks old. But my expectation change by the time I entered the Room. it looks quite new, with new carpet. get in to the bathroom, and there you are.. big bathtub, and still looks very new. and when I turn on the TV, this one that amaze me most, they already put an android TV, complete with youtube and netflix in it. well you will never get bored being in the room whole day I guess :)

Hotel location is strategic, we could use our own vehicle or took MRT, and there is lounge bar in the ground floor so we can easily hangout with friends there. The room was clean and comfy although the room service came quite a while when we called

Best 5 Star Room when it comes to value of money! (Artsy City View)”
I booked the Artsy Studio with the City View and I love every minute I spent there! The view was great, the room was big and the bathroom is spacious as well. Highly recommended but I wouldn't recommend the Classic, just this room. Breakfast was... adequate, and the pool is shared with an apartment so I wouldn't give them high ratings.

Couple stay for one night, no room service. The motor curtain seems not working properly sometimes it closed by itself. The staffs were nice and not many people around in such a big building. The TV seems good but sometimes loading and lagging while opening youtube. Overall, the experience was good and looking forward to back here someday.

Pro: good location, excellent choices breakfast buffet, sufficient pool size, quiet room Cons: specific for room 824, when i found out the shower drainage was clogged and flooded the bathroom. It took 3 attempts until ppl coming to fixed it. The 3rd one made directly to the receptionist in person then ppl come to fixed it. But NO ONE came to clean the remaining water puddle (called 3x)until time to check out. very disappointing

I've stayed at other Artotel locations and had some expectations when I booked my stay this time. But my colleague and I were shocked when we checked in, because the room was nothing like what we saw on its website. Turns out I think only half the building was renovated. We picked the Classic room, which I guess meant the old room. Peeling walls, rusty and aged furniture, the TV couldn't play any English channels, and the room was poorly soundproofed -- we were woken up in the mornings by neighbouring rooms' alarms, loud conversations, and slamming doors. Discerning travellers should pick the "Artsy" room instead.

Classic room = old room”
Booked classic room hoping to get a classic style, but turned out its just an old room on the floor that have not been renovated. Lightings quite dimmed, peeled wallpapers, safety deposit box not working. Hotel used to be Crowne Plaza, but they really need to up their classic room.
