location: 2.3km from haram along i. alkhalil rd. beside makkah tower hotel, across mesfala br. & before kudi traffic signal, beside arab bank + asia hospital, front of big kids playground garden, in-between i. alkhalil rd. + al hijiirah rd. shuttle bus: is not bad and serve 4 another sister hotels! at the same area. walking 20-30 min. is slight much more due to (waiting time + traffic jam + stop before haram (beside haram is prohibited). large rooms: w./ (big window + flat t.v.) (5 sat. channels only) & containing everything + baths. w./ v.g. toiletries + hot water & dryer & shave mirror & unique 3 system shower + rm. service is not, but not important, & when try to find something find under bed is dirty. hotel: v.g. + big reception + 4 v.g. lift& 1 for service. the best thing there is hot/cold drink water beside reception at there no elect. kettle in rms. but, elect. oven set + sink + utilities in each floor. the semi bad thing: laptop safe in room is v. big but, not working + shuttle bus need steady stable routes & timing + increase buses for serving 4 hotels .... i think, the 2 above bad: responsibility to medium level management but, i noticed that they try to improve.

I's very nice place to live ”

It's very centrally located near to Kabba, just 10 to 15 minutes walk to Kabba. very clean and luxury hotel. the price is little high, but as compare to other hotels, it's not that much high. but you negotiate it.

Big hotel, Less staff. All rooms are almost same in condition, it’s a little old and hence few things don’t quite work . But you give in a call at reception, they send someone to fix right away. Overall very kind people at the hotel and stay was peace full

overall nice, staff was lazy, hot water for shower not available,no internet , hotel transport not available,near by restaurant not good quality.taxi will charge ten sr for haram.

3km to Haram, No room cleaning, no internet inroom”

No regular shuttle mostly one way from Hotel to Haram. No return shuttle you need to walk 3km or bargain with taxies. English is not widely using. There is kitchen mid of flat so there is meal smelling every where even room inside.

Unfriendly Reception and Staff”

The reception was very unfriendly every time you ask for any service or help. The hotel is inadequately staffed and far from the Haram, though the hotel provides transport facility but it is infrequent. The hotel is about 2 km from Haram and could be a problem for the elderly people to frequently visit the Haram for prayers

Good value for money but rude reception staff.”

Room was good value for money but the staff at the counter was a bit rude and very unpleasant. They would not even bother to hid their disliking when guest would ask for some help.During all our stay no they didn't even make the room once.

When I arrived to the hotel I went to the reception and this man started to shout at me saying sit down sit down.so the performance of the staff was very poor. He didn't see my papers and he checked me in late. I arrived at 11.00.also I asked him nicely is this the right place and then he started shouting at me. he was showing me he was very busy. While I was sitting down after 1 hour he called me and said how much money I have paid to agoda for six night. I paid money for the earliest checking and its really bad he shouted at me and didn't look at my papers.it was really bad and I am not happy of this hotels management survice. I am never going to come to this hotel again and I am never going to tell any one to go there.

Not recommended at all”

Parking issue is the number 1 problem. Either pay for paid parking or park ur car in kudai parking. 2nd bus to Haram not regular and that also drops u at mufsila kubri which is also too far away from Haram. 3rd hotel not clean 4th split ac sounds too much 5th the biggest issue with us was the wc in toilet out of order and I called the manager but it was not settled. Only value is money that u pay for all above headach.
