Great hotel with great location”
Very strategic location - walking distance to Grand Indonesia, Thamrin city and food stall and pasar malam. You save a lot on transport. Clean and well maintained hotel. Very helpful staff and informative. The on duty manager Pak Fijri was so helpful. He helps us with airport drop off and share information. Pool is clean. Breakfast place is clean and systematic. Security is tight so you feel safe staying in Ascott. Either you travel solo, family, friends or business trip, Ascott is the best place!

Great hotel, great location”
I initially chose this hotel for the location. You can take the train from airport to BNI City station and hotel is quite near from there. Hotel is also near Grand Indonesia and not so far away from Jakarta metro. Room is like a studio, you can cook and there is a washing machine & dryer. This hotel is quite a luxury one with a nice price tag. Stayed there 4 times and will definitely stay again.

We've stayed in 4 and 5 stars hotel in Jakarta and my family and I consider this hotel as the best in Jakarta. The room is spacious, clean and hommy. the facility may not as luxury as some and the swimming pool is not wide enough but still we feel that the hotel have perfect ambience for staycation. We've tried the one bedroom room and two rooms, both are great!

THE BEST CITY CENTER HOTEL! ”
I’m happy that the hotel location is very strategic at the heart of Jakarta city center / cbd. One of the staff (Mr.Yuli) was very helpful and super attentive during our check in process. The food at the restaurant also was so good. I had Nasi Goreng was super delicious. Just opposite to the famous Rumah Makan Sederhana where they serve Nasi Padang. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia (2-5mins walking). And the best part, just under the hotel, there are the famous kebon kacang street food market. Delish! Can’t wait to return!

- The location is very good. There is Grand Indonesia Mall right next to the hotel, so it is very convenient to shopping. - The hotel facilities are a bit old, but I think they're clean overall. And I could live comfortably because the room was big. - I am very satisfied with the kind service of the staff. - One thing I want the hotel to improve is interior lighting. I felt a little dark in the hotel room. It would be perfect if you could replace the light in the hotel room with a bright color.

I stayed in Ascott Jakara for 10 days starts 15-24 Jul. This is my fave place to WFH (Work From Hotel) and spend Eid Adha as well (room 1907). There was nothing to be complaint, just perfect. And the cleaning staf named Mr. SISWO was very helpful during my stay. He was very kind, patient and tidy. Thanks you for his work! And also the lobby-staffs always helpful to send my food-order to my door. Great service!

The room is not only clean and very comfortable, but also very spacious. The breakfast is made to order, and delivered to the room. The food is nothing exceptional, and the portion is quite small (for me personally). However, overall, I was very satisfied with my experience staying at this property.

The location is very strategic, near at one of the famous mall in central Jakarta & other shopping mall. The staff was very helpful. I love.the room, especially the kitchen set.
