The nice experience has started before my arrival!”
I made a last minute reservation to celebrate birthday of my little brother. We haven't meet for Christmas and New Year so we want to find a nice spacious place with two rooms, direct access to a shopping mall would be a great bonus. I got that and more. Ascott asked my preference prior to my arrival, has a dedicated form for this. Ascott quickly replied about my inquiries and firm about what they can and cannot do to fulfill my wish. It was busy afternoon during check in time, but staff is quick and responsive and keep smiling throughout the process. True, I have to stand and there's another guest who by pass the queue line but I didn't care much, I was quickly served by other staff. Bonus: I got upgraded. Beyond happy for this. If I come back, I want to get the same room (I like it this much!) The hotel condition and facilities look like what's advertised. I am glad because sometimes picture can be deceiving. Not with Ascott. Spacious, clean, plush bed, pillow and comforter. Big window. Utensils are good quality and more than enough for 4 persons. This is a perfect place for family staycation or long term stay, if you have business in the area. Staff is helpful and reliable. The WA number is useful (because there were times no one pick up the guest service extension line). Best thing: room layout, size, facilities and condition (perfect) and their staff hospitality and quality of service. Can be improved: check in queue and.... coffee! oh please, have a proper good coffee.

start with location, there's a connecting door to big mall which make it easy to find everything, there's also mini market walking distance, my place is 2 bedroom aprt everything you need is there, amenities all there, kitchen set, water dispencer with water in it even tho it's not full but enough, living room with 3 seater sofa, tv in every room, bathroom with view, everything was great especially for staycation, the facilities, breakfast was standart nothing special, pool was good, gym also good, there's a basket ball and tennis court which was great. one thing, the connecting door to the mall using stairs so for handicap (like my mom) we have to carry her and her wheel chair, other than that, everything was great. i would very much stay again. the security was friendly and remember you so if you forget your card they can help you.

Worth the price”
I booked the 1 Bedroom Executive, the apartment was very spacious, very clean, the A/C was really cold, the living room and the bed is comfortable, they have quite complete kitchen set and utilities, our hob is kind of broke when we came but they fix it fast, the only things that seems a bit minus for me is the lighting on the dining room, it's very dim so we eat on the living room instead, and the hair dryer is not that strong, it took a very long time to dry my hair. Overall I'm very satisfied, might come back later!

Nearby the Kuningan area, this residence is a good place to stay if you're into the hustle and bustle of Jakarta. You can quickly walk over to Kuningan area such as Oakwood to grab a bite, or quickly grab a cab to go to Grand Indonesia and the likes. The residence is quite clean, and spacious. Amenities were well equipped too and the bathroom was nice. Highly recommend.

first I would say, I am super impress with their staff services, from Security, Bellboy, Reception and cleaning lady, all are very helpful and nice. The room is clean and well equip. It's very easy to check in and check out. we can use the pool, even though there are some restriction (not more than 5 people) per time. but its ok. definitely would come back in the near future for another staycation.

Really recommended for staycation. It is located in the middle of the city. Surrounded by shopping town (Ciputra, Lotte Avenue, Ambassador). There are gym, fitness center, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court (you can borrow the ball). And for the COVID-19 conditions, it was really surprising in a good way. The staff always wear a mask and hand gloves. The room is also cleaned (VERY QUICK).

We stayed for 2 nights at deluxe room. The room is spacious and clean. The kitchen is superb, they have all the complete tools for simple cooking. I just love it The swimming pool was not crowded, social distancing is applied here. We had a great time and will come back for sure for our next staycation

Ascott was really good place to stay! Highly recommended. The upgraded my room from Executive to Premier so all my room happened in the same floor. Due to some technical issue, we were late checked in to the room, but as complementary, they allowed us to have late checked out the next day. It was very kind of them. Another point, they located at Kuningan so basically near almost everywhere, CBD, shopping center, MRT Station, etc. I was traveling with toddler, kids, and elder, and my stay couldn’t be easier if not stay at Ascott. They provided almost everything we need at the property. The access to the mall also made my stay easier.

Good value. Attached to Lotte shopping avenue mall. Had two 2 bed apartments. Very happy with rooms kitchen, living room, very clean, big, new and luxurious. Satisfactory breakfast could be few more options but everything offered was good. Nice swimming pool and garden area. Would recommend would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a great time staying in Ascott for a birthday staycation. There are 3 TVs in the unit (1 in the living room, 1 in the guest room, and 1 in the master bedroom), which please the kids since they can separately watch their own favorite TV channel. The unit is also complete with all the kitchen utensils and a big fridge. You can do grocery shopping from the mall and cook, or you can simply order food delivery (go food/grab food) with ease. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we don't mind to come back.

it was every good experience and nice front desk staff with quick chk in. good big 2 bed apartment. but the marble floor of tiles floor inside the room needs to be cleaned and polished. the location of washing mc is in service verandah with AC outdoor units and drain out of washing machine was flooding the verandah.. that needs to be fixed (apartment 2005). its just that the apartment needs some cleaning touchup.. else it was great with a direct connection to Lotte shopping mall with everything.. so very convenient. breakfast is good. but quantity with saturday and subway guest was inadeaqute and some dishes was never replenished..still we liked teh apartment in our 1st Jakarta tour. will stay there also next time.

Ascott kuningan was the best purchase ive ever had this year. It was super spacious. Excellent facility. They even have rice cooker, toaster, oven, washing machine, dish washer it basicly serve anything u dont even need. Great for expat. BUTTT, my couple said you guys have to work harder on the packaging. It was super boring. Like some amateur canva design. Hahaha jk, It was great experience. Thanks Ascott Kuningan!

High class serviced home with all facilities required for the business traveller or family. Lotte being one of my favourite malls. I recommend the Caribou cafe for breakfast, located within the Samsung store. They serve some of the best tasting breakfast fare for the price you pay. Quality sandwiches, bagels, and high quality napkins. For massage they have Kokuo and Harnn on the GF.

I stayed with my wife and 2 young kids. It was a good choice because the area given was definitely more spacious than what hotels could provide and there was room for the kids to run or roam around. Location was convenient as well since there is direct access to the mall which is also family friendly and plenty of kid stuff/activity to choose from.
