Very nice and friendly staff specially at reception desk , Tiurina, Ilham and Riski it happend they were dealing with me all were good i donot remember their names.. Location is perfect , Breakfast is delicious and many kinds, Very cleaned and quiet room,. no noises . Big bed and very comfortable. Nice city view, This is my 2nd time I stayed and i recommend for every one.. and I will go and stay again in the future.

The reception was friendly but the check - in process was not for the following reasons: 1. We came at around 4 pm, and we were asked to wait for at least 20 mins because our room was not ready. The check - in time was 2 pm, and we came waaaayy after the check in time, still the room was not ready. Very disappointed. We were tired and wanted to rest as we arrived, but we couldnt do it. 2. I booked a superior room with a queen bed. The reception changed it to other room, and only informed me as I was about to sign the check in form. The other room was a twin bed room, of which beds were “combined” so that it become a double bed. I had experienced such bed arrangement before, and Lord, it was not comfortable. I told them I wanted the Room that I have booked, before I signed the check in document. They changed it back, and asked me to sight. Then later informed me that I have to wait for at least 20 mins for my room. I didnt have a choice but to wait.Very dissappointed with the process 3. The room was nice albeit compact. The sink was blocked, water couldnt flow. Water pressure was nice.

Its simple. I requested for room in a high floor or corner room with best view. Surprisingly, the ashley’s team was seriously considered my request. So, that I spent time in a room that I wanted with my favorite human and she’s extremely happy. No, we are happy. This was a brand new hotel. The building is good. The location also strategic. Can be an option for budget hotel but with good quality and facility. No swimming pool though. The breakfast was ok and tasty. Will come back here another time.

This locally owned establishment is fast becoming new favorite to focus on work while adjusting to the new normal. Couldn't fault the hotel and its staff. Lidya & Fitri at the front desk were exceptional. Hery from f&b always greeted me with such a cheerful happy smile at bfast. Budi at the front door also makes you feel safe and welcome with a smile and genuinely courteous regardless of the pressure of having to man the door by himself in such a busy time. Not to forget are the unknown cleaning crew who always left the room tidy and even paid attention to how I quirkily like to line up my items within easy reach.. :-) Last but not least, kudo to the constant courteous and respectful manner to a solo female guest - a delightful bonus that makes it top of my preferred list. No matter how crappy the day was, the standardized service, comfort and familiarity of the hotel makes me feels safe and welcome. Thank you everyone. Keep up the good work. :-)
