Worth the price but doesnt have parking slot, "Vòi xịt"”
The hotel places in the center area, easy to go anywhere in District 1. Worth the price but It doesnt have the parking area. You have to park your car/motor in the others places, which will cost you alot overnight, which is a HUGE MINUS It also doesnt have a "vòi xịt" in the toilet, which is a BIG MINUS here in VN 😂

Good hotel for traveller ”
The location is just next to a lot of attractions place. Easy to take local bus from/to airport. If most of your time will spend outside, then you should stay here as the price was so cheap and hotel conditions still can be accepted. Staff cannot communicate in English, don't expect your request can be fulfilled. Take all they provide and that's all. Anyway I will stay here again if I visit HCM City next time.

Faded glory, great location”
This is a below-average hotel in a very expensive street. You can tell it was great in the 1980's, but nobody's updated it since then and it's faded and old. Still, it's much cheaper than any nearby hotel and once you step out the door you can pretend to be staying somewhere shiny and new. The staff are average: not helpful, not unhelpful. The breakfast buffet is larger than most hotels in this price range.

great Location as is very central and just next to vincom center. Hotel room is basic but is comfortable. Limited choice of breakfast. Service at Recep is ok, but the breakfast serving staff is lack of responsibility. When I asked to have an omelette, he simple ask me to take the sunny egg that is already there, and reluctant to cook a fresh one for me, what a shame altitude to be in service industry.

In the heart of Ho Chi Minh City”
This hotel is in a wonderful location. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine. We had been spoilt by the hotels we stayed in previously so were somewhat underwhelmed to begin with. However, it had everything we needed. The lift was compact and slow and the furnishings somewhat tired. The bed was fine for now... For convenience and price we would be happy to stay here again. There was a hotel with a pool nearby that we were able to use for a small fee. When we checked out they noticed we'd left a book behind albeit intentionally.

Be careful when booking room”
I booked large bed cause I have small child, we were given 2 single. We complained but they didn’t even change bed for us instead told us to put bed together. They even said we didn’t request bed until we showed them out booking. That is not good enough, they should inform us if they don’t have enough bed.

Ho Chi Minh is a great place to visit. Many historical buildings and unique culture. This hotel blends in to the environment very well. Fantastic location, in prime district one.

Very convenient location ”
The location of the hotel is perfect, within minutes walk you will see most of the famous Saigon spots. Shops around have stuff at very reasonable prices, even better than the big market. The hotel is old, room is small with some ants (in my room), breakfast is simple, but the staff is very helpful and polite, Wifi is super, and given the perfect location, it is quite a good bargain to stay in Asian hotel.

Very satisfied with my stay in Asian Hotel. The location is a huge plus point if you want to walk around & discover places. The hotel room although basic, is clean & comfortable. The price for this hotel is also very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I will also come back to stay in this hotel due to its strategic location.
