Our recent stay in Asiatic was superb. The location was easy to find with the help of Google maps and parking lots there were ample. There were surrounding shops, eateries and a convenience store just downstairs. The suite was fantastic, exactly what we saw on photos - spacious, clean and cozy. Room is equipped with smart TV where we watch Netflix shows and the jacuzzi tub works beautifully, we had a relaxing soak. I carelessly checked out leaving my tablet behind, the staff couldn't contact me on my mobile but took the trouble to contact me via email through Agoda. Despite the trouble, they did all they could to courier the tablet back to me. I was totally impressed by their staff honesty, good service and professionalism. A special thanks to Eddie! We will definitely stay here again.

Great Place, New And Big”
Had a great stay for a night. This hotel is very new. Modern and well designed room. Feels like a home. I booked Junior Suite since I needed a bathtub. Worth the amount I paid. No regrets at all. New designs and spacious room. Only thing is no breakfast and swimming pool. Otherwise a great place to stay. Very secure and clean environment. Staff was polite as well.

👍🏻 - Last minute booking and its worth it! Booked for room Deluxe Triple ( 1 double bed+1 single bed ) since we travel with a kid. Very comfy bed, clean, friendly staff, express check in&check out ! 👎🏻 - Near to street,so you can hear car noise, sometimes loud 😅 another thing is they don't provide mini refrigerator

Exceptional. I have nothing to comment. Really have a great time with my children although just only 1 night stay. We had a bicycle ride in the near by area, it is really a fun time to spend in Malacca. The hotel room is clean, air-cond is cold enough and conveniences of the water dispenser at outside of the walkway.

The hotel was beautiful, room are so comfortable and clean. Muslim friendly which is have a direction of kiblat for muslim visitor. The parking also okay in front of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and polite. Very recommended👍will check in here if we come to Malacca again😊

It is a very clean with nice scent in the whole hotel. Location wise is just a simple Grab service to reach Jonker Walk and Melaka Raya. Amenities around are suitable for family Lunch and dinner also a nice drinking place around also singing place around, all within walking distance within 5 minutes walk. Quiet environment and it give me a sense of security when walking around alone.

I love the multiple storage rack.. so that I can organise my things properly... and also the blinds between the beds are very toughful... only that there's no fridge in the room and the bath towel is just a bit small for big size person like me😂... but overall I enjoy my stay here... looking to stay here again in my next visit to Melaka

I loooove this hotel omg. My first time booking this hotel and I never regret it at all. One night stay was considerably cheap and comes with breakfast. It is somewhat a newly built hotel in 2017 and everything was kept in good condition. The room was on the 2nd floor and eventhough I asked for a quiet room, I could still hear loud motorbike sounds and people talking and laughing out loud like nobodys business from my hotel room at 2-3am. My room was facing the alley. The bed was so comfortable and the whole room interior was superb! Gotta love the contemporary theme for my room. The Family room that we were in could fit 3 adults and 2 children even though my parents find it a little cramped. Breakfast buffet was simple. The staff controlled the drinks. The fried kway teow was spicy and delicious. It took them long to replenish the food as we went for breakfast a little late so we weren't expecting most of the food tray only left a bit of food. Checking out was a breeze and we were greeted with goodbyes from the staff as well as the security guard at the door.
