Superb Stay As Always”
I have been staying here on many occasions when I'm in South Jakarta. As always this is one of my favourite local hotel particularly the one in Simatupang. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the lighting is pleasing to the eyes and using motion censor, breakfast spread with lots of varieties and I like most is the local dishes which is very tasty. Had dinner too and ordered the Bebek Goreng and the bebek is tasty only missing is daun kemanggi. Otherwise, it would have made my day. One improvement to make it exceptional establishment is having a portable expresso machine in the room.

Not new hotel but everything is well maintained. Untouch lift button which is great safety. I had a good breakfast.. Location, nothing is around in walking distance, but if you need a place near Cilandak, this one is great.

Great if you spend the whole day in meetings”
Room is comfortable, spacious and well-lit. Compared to the room size, the work desk is disproportionally small. Your laptop could take nearly half of the desktop. The "best" view is facing the toll road. Breakfast offers variety of tasty menu, including Indonesian dishes, and enough choices in pastry section. Utensils are sanitized. Specialty coffee is not included. Service overall can be slow, possibly due to low staffing, yet friendly and courteous. Parking is sufficient. Bad news for exercise buff, the gym is closed. Location is too much to be desired. Everything is far away, the neighbors are office buildings. No Indomaret or Alfamart nearby. Note: meeting rooms are on the top floors and you can't take direct lift from your room to meeting room. You have to take a lift down to the lobby then go to another lift that goes straight to top floors. When meetings rooms are fully occupied, which was my experience, it will take a while before you can get to restaurant for lunch since there only 2 lifts for people in 6 meeting rooms. During lunch each meeting party needs to book a time slot, due to social distancing rules.

At first really happy that i get free upgrade, but then after my daughter take a bath suddenly flooded in our room. Hotel staff came, check, clean it and said its fixed and wont happened again.. but next morning after we all done take a bath, it happened again.. then we all immediately check out.
