Had a chance to visit Astrotel 🪐 Upon entering the area, starting from the guard and receptionist or lobby personnels they are very accommodating. Staffs are nice. The whole place is clean, from the elevator, stairs, hallways and specially the room are well sanitized. Astrotel is perfectly beautiful. They really put an effort to think about its design. Truly their ideas on the themes turn into a beautiful overall design. • Airconditioned Rooms • Has wifi and TV • Has a telephone so if you want to request something, you can just easily dial and staffs will accommodate you immidiately. First thing that I am checking is the bathroom, so satified how clean their bathroom is. We all know how hard it is to take a bath after staying in a cold room for a long hours that's why I am hapoy that their shower has Hot and Cold option. Also' they have a menu there so if you want to eat, you can order a food on them. Easy as 1,2,3! Just dial "8", say your request or order, wait and enjoy you food and beverages☺️

Kudos to the staff of Astrotel Cubao. Very accommodating, well-mannered. The establishment is clean and peaceful. Super affordable room rates from classic to VIP room. Thank you Agoda for making our stay in Astrotel very convenient and worry-free. Easy to book online. There are options on payment method but I chose Gcash since that's the universal payment method for now. They easily get resolved my concern when I was not able to change the check-in time upon signing up. I message their customer service representative and answered my query immediately. In just a few minutes, everything is set. They sent me a copy of my booking confirmation. You can also request a copy of receipt if you booked a business trip. Upon arrival at the hotel, we just tell the staff that we booked through Agoda and present them the copy of our booking confirmation and after a few minutes, they gave us the key. Very unforgettable experience that will surely happen again.

The staff are polite and respectful. The room provided was said to be premium or VIP if my memory serves me right, but the amenities are incomplete that i had to request a simple slipper and a water dipper. I also booked a smoking room because i was asked for preference online only to tell me that i can only smoke in the comfort/bath room. But when it comes to value of money it was a good first time experience booking an accommodation for a night.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 3days, at first they gave us free cups of hot water (4 cups for 2days morning) on our last day of stay they asked for charged. I was surprised since they changed suddenly their policy also it's my first time being charge just for hot water we usually have kettle heater and free coffee on this rate. Our blanket has undesirable stain and clogged toilet bowl. We changed our room because of clogged toilet bowl and stain but we experienced same issue. Blanket stain and clogged toilet bowl. 🤢🤮
