Wonderful property for our family”
This property was impeccably clean. The room that fit my husband and I and our 2 grown children was more than we ever expected and so roomy. The decor was beautiful and the amazing full breakfast was over the top with traditional options as well as western breakfast options. It's location within Old Chiang Mai was perfect for us to explore by foot! We loved @ Chiang Mai hotel!

Hidden gem in the middle of the old city”
I had pleasant stays at At Chiang Mai Hotel for my test and go night and my last night in Chiang Mai. The rooms were clean and they had decent size bathtubs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. I also enjoyed the pool, especially during the heat of the day. I will definitely come back when I return to Chiang Mai.

Amazing staff from the minute we pulled up. There was a gentleman right there to take our bags. The reception staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was WOW. The bed is so wonderful. Lots of space in the room. Love all the small details of the wood furniture. The grounds and the pool is fantastic. Can not say enough good things about here. Good room at a good price with a nice pool and friendly helpful staff. Also one of the few hotels in CM with an a la carte breakfast menu. Good location although the nearest 7/11 is about 10 minutes walk away.

Old world charm”
I love the teak furnishings and wooden floors. Coy pond and pool area are meticulously groomed. My balcony overlooks massive trees and feels like the country not the center of the old city. Walk everywhere. Not for the modern minded but a great yesteryear.

Great little hotel in center with pool”
The location is perfect, near restaurants, bars and walking distance of the old gate and lots of things to see. Big room with bad, shower, fridge etc. A nice pool and a very good breakfast service.

I have stayed here a number of times in the past to include staying in their premium room. I have always liked to come here not just for the rooms, but also the premises’ layout, very friendly and helpful staff, and an unusual separate building which houses tables for those locals and visitors who play the Japanese board game of Go. The only difference from the previous visits is that the breakfast buffet was more limited than the past, especially for vegetarians like me. This was probably due to the COVID-19 situation and limited customers.

I marked “couple “ because there was nothing to choose that was indicates people might just be travelling as friends and vacationing. I will definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again. Great hotel not to large, so not as many guests, which we like. The only thing was the beds are hard but we found this seemed to be all of Thailand. They hotel can ring you a driver called John who is the best, speaks good English and great prices who can take you to all the sights.
